What do you like best about Returning.AI?

First the platform is very stable and the interface is mature and well thought through. These are essentials. The member experience comes first and this ticks all the boxes. We were able to tailor the service to the specific journey we had mapped for our members without the bloatware we had from others. Support is 100%. Fast and helpful. Also a differentiator as the other platforms we have used or tried were let down by their unresponsive support. For anyone new to community building, the training and documentation got us up and running very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Returning.AI?
