**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

What we like best about ReturnGO is the automation and the way it reduces manual support work. The self-service return portal makes the process much easier for customers, while our team spends far less time handling repetitive return and exchange requests manually.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

Some parts of the setup and customization can take a bit of time to fully understand at first, especially when configuring workflows and integrations. There are also a few areas where we’d love even more flexibility in customization options. That said, the support team is very responsive and helpful whenever questions come up.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnGO helps us manage the entire returns and exchanges process in a more automated and organized way. Instead of handling return requests manually through support emails, customers can submit everything through a self-service portal, which reduces a lot of back-and-forth communication.

This has significantly decreased the number of support tickets related to returns and freed up our team’s time to focus on other areas of the business. The automation also ensures customers receive timely updates, which improves the overall post-purchase experience.

On top of that, the exchange-focused flow helps us retain more revenue by encouraging exchanges instead of immediate refunds, which has had a positive impact on our bottom line.

**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

ReturnGo offers an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for our customers, while providing our agents with comprehensive tracking of returns, from the initial request to receipt at the processing center.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

When we encounter difficulties with ReturnGo, which is rare, the resolution can sometimes take a little time. It is true that we sometimes have complex needs, but the ReturnGo team is always very responsive and fully committed to supporting us.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnGo has fully automated our returns process, from the request to the generation of labels. Previously, everything was managed manually, including refunds and return fees. Today, prepaid labels are provided automatically, which saves us a considerable amount of time.

**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

ReturnGo has a really easy to use interface for our customers, and allows our agents to track returns from the initial request to receipt of the return at our fulfillment center. It has allowed us to easily provide our customers with prepaid return labels straight from our website without requiring any agent action is nearly every case. The customer facing returns interface was also able to be customized to meet our brand's preferences.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

When we experience issues with ReturnGo (which are few and far between), sometimes it can take a bit of time to reach a resolution. We do sometimes have complex requirements, though, and the ReturnGo staff is very responsive and eager to help.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnGo has allowed us to fully automate our return request, approval, and return label generation process. Prior to the implementation of ReturnGo, our team had to manually generate return labels for each return and track the return in order to issue refunds. We also had to manually issue reimbursements for return shipping costs before ReturnGo, but we can now eliminate that step from our process entirely as ReturnGo allows us to provide our customers with prepaid return labels.

After years of creating manual returns, Returngo allowed us to automate that process and focus our attention on other parts of the business. The customer support has always been available to help us quickly solve any issue.

Not able to manually create RMA's but this is in beta! Looking forward to this feature!

After years of creating manual returns, Returngo allowed us to automate that process and focus our attention on other parts of the business. From launch to now, this app has remained one of the best tools in our tech stack. The returns process is simple for our team and our customers. What’s even better? The developers are always improving the platform and genuinely care about feedback. After 2 years, it still delivers and keeps getting better. Highly recommend!

The engineering team was responsive and helpful throughout our implementation process. Anytime we hit a blocker or needed customization support, they were quick to jump in and guide us through. Their collaboration made development smoother and gave us confidence in the platform.

There was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning, which led to some confusion and quick follow-ups on our end. That said, everything was ultimately resolved and the team was proactive in making sure we got what we needed.

We work with a wide range of vendors, each with their own return policies, which made the returns process inconsistent and confusing for customers. ReturnGO helps us standardize return rules across vendors and provides a much smoother, more intuitive experience for users when initiating a return. Our team got extremely tired of keeping track of exchanges, so we decided to try out this app and it's been great! Really love how automated everything is and how easy it is to track all of our exchanges in one place. The support team has been extremely helpful whenever I have a question as well! 10/10 would recommend if you deal with returns/exchanges on a daily basis. We sell pet accessories, so customers frequently choose the wrong size, so we deal with that.

I do know they're working on a variety of these features but at this time, these are some of the features lacking:

-No ability to add brand assets on the track page
-No ability to blacklist active Shopify products from being shown in the Return/Exch portal
-No ability to directly integrate with carrier accounts
-Return Request timeouts for media issues which turn into return requests for review
-No ability to bulk edit RMAs that need to be reviewed
-Would be great if we could get to a point where the track page was fully customizable
-Would be great to have an enforcer question on top of all the questions

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our most standard promo is Buy One/Get One x% off - ReturnGo's rules allow us to put in restrictions based of order tags, product tags, customer tags, etc. in order to limit customer fraud. Additionally, ReturnGo offers a track product which allows us to do returns and tracking all in one software making it a more cohesive experience.

a. ReturnGO has completely changed the way we handle returns at Scentiment. The app's user-friendly interface makes it easy for our customers to initiate returns, track their progress, and receive updates in real-time. 
b. Customer Service is 10/10! We receive assistance in a timely manner and resolution is pretty quick!
c. The analytics dashboard is also good! It provides a great insight and faster reports internally.
d. Returns escalations and management has significantly improved. Our customers are now able to do it themselves without sending a manual request!

What stood out to us about ReturnGO was the way it takes the hassle out of returns and how seamless it is for the customer, effectively transforming an unpleasant chore into a positive and name-brand enhancing experience that encourages customer loyalty in the long and short term by not only facilitating the speedy approval of returns but also the instant issuance of return labels, thereby not only shaping but also continuing to shape repurchase rates and a potentially inconvenient touchpoint into a valuable touchpoint at which you’re engaging with a service experience provider to do something valuable for you.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

In short, given the robust impact ReturnGO has on our return process and customer satisfaction, there is little to dislike. If there is any area however in which we could desire even greater returns (no pun intended), it would be in its further integration capabilities. Streamlining our operations even further, unlocking even more inefficiencies by enhancing its connectivity to other customer service tools and/or platforms we use. This aspect is less about dislike or misgiving and more about looking forward to and desiring further enhancements to an already incredibly beneficial tool for us to leverage in our business.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is also clear that ReturnGO solves many critical challenges of our ecommerce return processes. We are increasingly streamlining returns, removing manual workload, and creating happy customers. Return automation is drastically cutting down on the manual review of return requests, allowing us to get returns authorized and moving faster with each passing day, substantially reducing operational costs as it does so.
Months ago we also rolled out the ReturnGo order tracking portal. After a simple integration shoppers can come to one page on the store’s site with their email and order # and see the status. They are not using a shipping carrier website for tracking so the hope is that while there, they will go ahead and start their next purchase from you!

The customer service is amazing.  They get back to you right away even if its Chat.   And if it is something they cannot fix then.  They will follow up with an email and find a resolution.  I only gave an 8 out of 10 because there are still some developments we are waiting for them to release.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

They are fixing or are in development.  We currently do not have the ability to do a retrun for our customers from the portal.   The time zone that is affecting our reporting.

The are solving the ability to do returns from their portal.   Which is a big one for us.   Also the time zone for our reporting as it needs to reflect our actual time.   
The packing list that we had with a previous return management system they are looking into replicating.

Warning: Exchanges throw off shopify reporting including net sales due to limitations with shopify, but the problem is that support repeatedly denies it and tries to pretend like it isn't a problem instead of acknowleding it or even flagging it in the set up process  as they should

**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

I've been using ReturnGO for over 2 years and they've been exceptional. As Their customer service is second to none responding within minutes 24/7 and their team is extremely receptive to feedback when you have a feature need. I highly recommend this app, especially for the price as it compares to the other options out there. As a Shopify user, integration was simple and quick and I was live within an hour.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

Some features are tied to Stripe payents platform and since I use Shopify for payments, they are not yet functional for me.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our 3PL is not the best at reverse logistics and we needed a quick fix to make sure customers received refunds in a timely manner. We used ReturnGO initially for their automated refund fuctionality based on the delivered status of the UPS ttracking number so we didnt dissapoint customers and as we used it, we learned and implemented more and more features to the point that we'd be lost without it.

Maybe the prices are not explained very good, but after getting in touch with ReturnGO team, all become more clear.

**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

ReturnGo had most of the features that we needed. We needed a way for customers to upload photos to verify the items condition before it can be approved for returns.  ReturnGO was the only app that provided that with a reasonable cost. We had been with them for a few years and their customer service is 24/7 and excellent. They also update their app alot so they are constantly providing new features as well. It was super easy to integrate with shopify and the interface is super easy to use. I highly recommend this app with it wide variety of functionalities.

There wasn't much that I disliked about the app.

It solves return service issues that had been a hard challenge for our business. Mainly, ease of use for our customer that this app provide was essential to us and our customers.

**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

The setup is flexible without being too complicated to integrate. ReturnGo offered a lot of assitence with the setup while I learned the platform and the support is fast and reliable. I'm able to get a response within a few minutes. We recieve in excess of 6000 returns per month and the platform handles it very well.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

There isn't much to dislike. It can be difficult getting data out of the platform sometimes but that's usually due to our specific needs as a business. They're very open to new ideas and implementing features that we require.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnGO solves the issue of customers querying how to return items. It also means we can track the returns more effectively instead of relying on the customer to keep their tracking numbers. It has reduced the amount of customer service queries, and also reduce the number of returns.

The price point is excellent for the value delivered, integration is easy and the interface is simple but effective. There is always new functionality in the pipline - actually useful functionality that is easy to get excited about - it's clear they are well tuned to what their customers need.

The dashboard can be a little slow at times but it's definitely improved over the past couple of years.

ReturnGo synced with our MCF, and as a small company, completely transformed the way we are able to support customers! Our return and exchange processes are streamlined making it more user-friendly and customer-facing. Customer support within ReturnGo is also helpful and supportive with all questions we have. The setup was easy and fully supported. Highly recommend ReturnGo.

We honestly have not found any yet. Any hiccups we have, are quickly supported within the ReturnGo chat function.

As a small company, that uses MCF, we were manually creating return labels for each requested return, and monitoring when returns were received and processed prior to implementing ReturnGo. We looked for years for a return company that did not require us to have a 3PL and are ecstatic to have found a solution with ReturnGo.

**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

The functionality for our customers is fantastic, its gives them a simple to use, fast, efficient way of returning items to us and in the admin panel we can gather lots of data around the returns and pro actively make amendments/take action to ensure it is a smooth process for our customers. 

Noa was our contact from demo to onboarding and beyond, she is fantastic, always reaching out to offer help where needed, we have successfully launched 4 (soon to be 5) returns portals within 2 months with ReturnGo and the help of Noa and her team, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

If I was to be super critical, I would say that some of the setup can be quite 'techie' but one message to the support team and they jump straight in to assist.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnGo provides our customers with a simple, easy to use, returns portal which is skinned up to look identical and be part of our website.  This avoids lots of unecessary contacts to our customer service team to they can focus on helping customers in other areas.

ReturnGO has helped us define policies with ease and decreased the amount of time spent holding customers hands on returns. The onboarding process was quick and most definitely painless. And the response time after integration has been amazing (thanks Mike!).

There could be more features on the design side of things for the portal itself. Being able to choose which options customers rank first would also be helpful.

Decreasing time spent with customers has been one of the main benefits. It also shows all of our pending returns in once place, and processing returns has also been simplified.

The return rules are very customizable and the support is amazing! Lian has been helping us since November 2022 and he is the best - always super responsive and knows how to solve our problems.

The analytics could be improved. We have a regular return portal and a warranty portal but we cant do the reporting separately for the 2. Sometimes there are errors getting the label cost, but I think this is more of an issue with Shippo. It would be cool if we could have popups that offer discounts for customers to keep their orders if they select certain return reasons.

We are now able to charge customers for return shipping for returns and repairs. All this along with cancellations are automated which gives more time back to our team.

At the moment international returns are not going very smooth. They can add some extra costumer information like the Track and trace of the outgoing sending to make the commercial invoice complete. And they need to make more clear on there commercial invoices that it's about an return. Because it is an return, you dont have to pay duty and taxes at the border. But when customs dont see it's a return. They think it's a normal shipping and we need to pay duty and taxes with a lot of the international returns.

We can make our own process with a lot of rules that we can implement.

The team at ReturnGo is amazing. Everyone that I have worked with from sales to support has been extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond to any need, and very helpful. Implementation went very smoothly and I felt fully supported throughout the process. The app is user friendly and the support folks have been very helpful setting up different rules for our various promotions. This platform has been a great addition to our website and makes processing refunds and exchanges very easy.

I would like the ability to go into the platform and create a return for a customer where I could override any rule that we have in place so we could handle some one-off customer experience issues.

Figuring out how to return online purchases can be a very frustrating experience.  We have discovered that many of our customers found this returns solution to be very user friendly. The platform itself is super user friendly and easy to manouvre, especially for our wider team and those members who are not as tech friendly/savvy. The best part however, would be the team themselves! 

From the beginning, Noa (who onboarded us) was great with communications, super friendly and so easygoing to work with. She was responsive and accommodating for what our business needed, and made it all work so that it accommodated our budget as well. The whole team continued to provide us support tech-wise throughout the onboarding process, which really provided a much smoother transition and onboarding period.

What I most like about Return Go is the fexibility to use and create the rules. The API integration was easy and fast. We use everyday and we have no complains at all. When I need assistance, the customer support is really fast.

In all honesty, the platform is awesome, but I have to say that the customer service we have received from in particular Noa & Junessa is so much more than could have been anticipated. 

There is never a no, even if something cant be done, they will try and help to get it done.

The platform itself has saved uncountable man hours in our returns process, and has seen our own customer retention grow, as it is so simple to use for both customers and retailers

There is no return integration with our WMS, however, I know they are working on this.
They are also working on a direct integration with Royal Mail to eliminate a third party having to be used.

As previous, it has reduced by an uncountable amount, the man hours previously used to process returns, leaving the CS team with more time to focus on other issues from customer. The automation has vastly reduced customer interaction and the option to choose the outcome is a huge asset

While ReturnGO was initially meant to be a temporary solution, we were so absolutely blown away by the outstanding level of service that we received from them that we switched our website over too!
