**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

Customer service is amazing-- the team set up many calls to go through every question/concern we had and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The app is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate. We have tried many return apps, but none offered us the features that ReturnGO offered, especially at their competitive pricing. There are so many specific features/conditions you can add to customize it to your company's return policy.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

There are no downsides to using ReturnGO; so far, we have been extremely satisfied! The migration from our previous app to ReturnGO was seamless and fast.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app we previously used did not have good customer service, which we could contact anytime-- with ReturnGO, they are always available to assist us. We also got more features that allows us to enforce our return policy properly (for example, we can now set the return condition to be based on the order's delivery date, something we could not do before.)

Easy returns rule setting based on customer location or tags, easy intergration with shipping partners and aggregators, solid API documentation, helpful customer service.

Unable to auto close RMAs on lower level plans.

Making lodging and return and generating a label easy for our customers, and making it easy for our team to track and process returns internally.

**What do you like best about ReturnGO?**

Provides a very customizable platform and portal with the ability to set easy or complex rules, policies, resolutions and return methods. The support team is very well-versed with the platform and is able to keenly understand your business goals to provide solutions. The integrations are easy to set up and you can tell that they're constantly looking to upgrade their platform features to meet the needs of e-commerce clients for the future.

With the power to customize comes a slight learning curve. However, the support team is extremely quick to respond and provides detailed solutions in minutes, not days. So you'll be up and running in a matter of hours or days instead of weeks.

Easy of return process and policy management, obtain feedback from customers on why they return, manage warranty exchanges, simplify tracking and validating to issue refunds, management of multiple geographies and return destinations, affordable pricing per return, white labelled portals with an easy UI.

The customer service is wonderful! Whenever I need help the chat bubble and Noa are always there to help and they help in a very timely manner.

There have been some kinks to work out that I wasn't expecting to have to work out, but again the customer support has been very helpful in getting this sorted for me.

ReturnGo is able to draw order number from multiple shopify stores in one return platform. The personal guidance, customization and user interface is excellent. Junessa, Eyal, Jonathan and the wonderful Noa have been very patient and helpful.

It's not the most affordable platform, but it's worth every penny.

We are able to connect multiple shopify stores, we have an embedded return flow in our website and we're able to refund in store credit now. We can use our own carrier for all the returns.

Our Representative, Noa was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions through the onboarding and beyond.  ReturnGo was scalable to our needs and the cost/month reflected that.  The chat feature on the dashboard has assisted us quickly and easily when changing or adding different features and we are excited to grow with ReturnGo and add more and more features that suit are needs as our business grows.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

Nothing quite yet.  If I had to say something. It would be nice when creating things if they automatically were activated instead of having to click on the activation tab and that changes were automatically saved.

Support from Noa and Mike was great, they really helped us setup our portal very quickly and easily. As far as I know, this is the only platform that allows returns, cancellations & warranty exchanges at the same time.

ReturnGO's staff and customer service are amiable and helpful. The software is simple to configure and use. We have had very few issues arise from our customers using the return portal. It runs very smoothly and is more cost-effective than our previous returns solution.

We have not had any major problems when using ReturnGO.

We provide free domestic returns and exchanges for our customers, and ReturnGO facilitates this process across our client list. We have seen fewer customer service tickets using ReturnGO than our previous returns solution.

The system automations and system flexibility.  It has reduced our manual work to a small fraction of what it was before and enabled us to move nearly the enture return support team to general customer care.
 The system let's us have the return policies in place that we want to support the business.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

Not self service, and a lot of flexibility can be confusing.  We typically reach out to our customer success manager to make changes.  They are very responsive, however we would like to be more comfortable editing policies by ourselves.

**What problems is ReturnGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Returngo has solved our nightmare of return management.  They've helped us automate nearly every piece of the return process, and made our business better.  Several of their features have been game changers from a customer experience perspective, and saved us a lot of money by significantly reducing our return logistics expenses.

ANy questions i have the customer service team has been able to help me within the same day! They also helped a lot with pricing to get away from our old returns platform which was a nightmare!

Some customizations are not completely finished but they are working on them so there will soon be no drawbacks in my opinion! I also wish they did live tracking with ship station so we didn't have to get a shippo account but that's no big deal!

ReturnGo is very easy to set up and use.  I really like the ability to segment different return policies based on both items and customers.  It help to create a better experience for all of our customers.

Some of the gift card-related use cases are a little clunky and could be improved for the sake of cleaner accounting.

The product has some amazing features. It's a full-package solution to return & exchange. In short term, we notice a reduced refund rate. The team is great, and our cooperation is excellent.

A very intuitive and easy-to-use application. It consolidates customer inquiries, links to their orders, and provides the option for response and assistance in the same place.

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

Some clients get confused with the options given to them. Sometimes a clear explanation for the reason for the inquiry is not provided.

The application greatly simplifies the management of returns and exchanges, allowing for simpler and more efficient work.

Being able to see number of parcels on their way back to us as well as what we have not yet resolved

**What do you dislike about ReturnGO?**

Not being able to easily re-design/customize the automated emails.

Automating label creation for customers and tracking number of returned parcels. Return data insights are also useful

We love how easy it is for our customers to use this platform. It creates fewer support tickets for us. Also, it helps us reduce the return rates and change some of them from refund to exchange.

The only dislike that comes to mind is some new features we would love to see added, and it takes time to develop.

It allows us to manage and improve our post-purchase experience.

Gives us full control over the reverse logistics of our opeations. Which is one of the most serious pain points the e-commerce industry is facing.

Some customer address issues which gets some RMA's stuck.
If the addres was valid for sending the package - it should be valid for return as well.

Reverse logistics - were a fashion brand and returns are a big part of our operations.

Onboarding was simple and the team has been so supportive with any questions big or small. Love they they have a full roadmap for future improvements too

Some missing features but the right business processes can easily solve that
