What do you like best about REthink CRM?

I think this is a nice CRM database because it includes photos of the buildings and allows you to merge and other things as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REthink CRM?

I'm just starting to learn to use it it seems to be a lot easier to use than some of the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering REthink CRM:

Definitely try the trial version against the competitors to see which one you like more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REthink CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am just starting to use it but it seems to be a lot easier than some of the competitors and it does commercial and residential for those firms that do you do that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REthink CRM?

I like REThink because it works similarly to Salesforce. Report creation is fairly intuitive and overall, it seems fairly simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REthink CRM?

I don't like the fact that REThink is using an outdated version of Microsoft Excel. I also believe there are some workflow improvements that could be made to help REThink work faster and more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Confirm workflows are suited to your unique needs. Encourage REThink to upgrade Microsoft Excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REthink CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use REThink to track our pipeline so it helps us streamline the prospecting process and gives us analytics. We feel more organized and on top of our pursuits. Also, we're able to fairly quickly provide reports for board meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REthink CRM?

Their support has been great & they've really worked with us to customize Salesforce for our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REthink CRM?

In the past year, we've had 4 different account reps. It's a growing company & I get it, but it makes it difficult to maintain continuity with development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
