Our customers have the need for a true SaaS solution that can handle multiple sales channels and products in one, easy-to-use application. I've interacted with and worked on numerous WMS, WES, and labor management systems and this is a system that I do not recommend unless you work out of a garage and have 25-50 sales a day. I believe the system is integrated heavily within all operations of my company and with that being said, I am strictly speaking about the operations side. Working in the fulfillment center, you are accustomed to the following operations: picking, packing, receiving, putaway/replenishment, and shipping. Every one of those processes is limited by RetailOPS. The core logic of their system which is based on Lots is ridiculous. The only time I've ever seen Lots being used is in medical distribution centers and food distribution centers but never in an e-commerce setting. **What do you dislike about RetailOps?** Honestly, there are too many things to dislike about RetailOPS. The system that they have created is not suitable for anything over 100 orders per day. The logic behind their system is flawed beyond comprehension in a high volume/pace/e-commerce environment. The system itself is riddled with issues. The service responses always eventually result in our company having to pay for a fix. We cannot even cut POs to vendors with the correct amount due to rounding issues with RetailOPS. Reporting and data are extremely hard to get. **Recommendations to others considering RetailOps:** If you want data extraction and if your business is growing fast, choose wisely and carefully.... **What problems is RetailOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use RetailOPS to pick and pack and ship orders. So with that being said it works fine. However, we have encountered issues that have been documented 2 years ago that are still outstanding and with no solutions in sight. So I guess what I've realized is that we are extremely patient and I'm not sure this benefits anyone. Mostly what I've realized is how limiting the software is. I believe the finance department is in love with this software. But from an operations standpoint, it is well below par and incapable of supporting us. What I have realized is that RetailOPS has a lot of functionality. However, most of them are half-developed, nothing really is developed and tested fully. So even if there is a function available when you start and try to use it, it doesn't really work or there are a lot of bugs in that particular function that needs to be addressed and then when you bring up the shortcomings of the functionality, you are presented with an SOW that is late and if you decide to pay, it doesn't pan out the way you want it to be. ## RetailOps Discussions -
