Our customers have the need for a true SaaS solution that can handle multiple sales channels and products in one, easy-to-use application. Our solutions cover everything from purchasing to reporting and even goes mobile thanks to the RetailOps mobile app. ## RetailOps Reviews ### 1. Good scalability and reliability, Not great: customization, new feature development, support **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2019 **What do you like best about RetailOps?** The product is scalable and effective at its core functionality. It's a great first step for a business that's coming out of infancy and can get you pretty far / unlimited scale. Some aspects are easy to use like their product attributes, which allows you to seamlessly add new attributes. You can pay for any feature development you want, but it might be expensive, take a lot of time, and be very intensive time wise. Big picture, its hard to love your ERP / WMS, and they do a decent job overall. **What do you dislike about RetailOps?** Slow feature development and lack of flexibility / customizations. There are many times, especially on the WMS side, where ROPs is missing some fairly 'standard' features or abilities. Unless you want to pay a lot of money for feature development, you will wait months / years for any feature request. There is also very little visibility into the roadmap, and frequently timelines slip when we do have them. Getting data out of ROPs for reporting (into a BI tool or redshift/bigquerrie database) is very difficult...huge problem and project to tackle. Customer support: can be slow in communication and fixing bugs / making improvements. The internal team here get frustrated frequently. A handful of their underlying structure assumptions are very frustrating, particularly on the WMS side of things. For instance, ROPs uses the concept of 'lot IDs' to account for age of inventory as opposed to accounting methods (only helpful if you have perishables). This causes a lot of inefficiencies down the road and is something more enterprise WMS would laugh at. There are a few other frustrating constraints similar to this (Stickering every single ROPs product with their custom stickers as opposed ton bar codes, no Handheld Picking, etc) that are big bottlenecks and inefficient. **What problems is RetailOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** PO / Inventory mgmt pdp mgmt, wms. Scalability has been great. ### 2. We were able to increase our processing speed by 400% when implementing RetailOps. **What do you dislike about RetailOps?** Customer Service is understaffed and slow to respond. Some requests stay open for a year+. Lack of visibility into backend - or ability to manually clear records.
