In addition, it has fast, professional and efficient support that facilitates any task beyond the user's possibilities. **What do you dislike about Retail Rocket?** The ability to customize some of the tools they offer more autonomously is limited, and programming assistance is always required. Retail Rocket could work to provide more customization solutions to operate their tools for oneself, and it should also represent metrics more faithful to reality. **What problems is Retail Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Retail Rocket helps us automate marketing processes and personalize the offers we present to our customers without paying much attention. The upside of using RR is technical support. **What do you dislike about Retail Rocket?** I am still relevantly new to give some downside of the platform. However, one thing that comes to my mind is not able to delete campaigns you created. I think the delete option would be nice to keep the page tidy and easily searchable for a specific campaign. **What problems is Retail Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Targeting the right customers with the right products. Before (and still now for other countries), we used to send emails to all customers on our database. With RR, we started segmentation, and so far, we have seen better financial performance with our email campaigns. In simple, we make more sales. However, we are still in testing mode; hopefully, our sales will continue to grow in the future. ### 3.
