We use Restroworks Inventory Management for all our warehouse and outlet operations. We can manage purchase orders, convert POs to GRNs, and handle all the necessary operations within this system. It’s possible to track Purchase Requisitions, POs, GRNs, and pending PR and PO entries at the outlet level as well. This software covers all the modules required to manage restaurant inventory, such as generating POs, converting POs to GRNs, internal transfers to other departments, wastage entries, and monthly stock entries. Overall, these tasks are made convenient through a clear workflow. Integration is also in progress to send data to our required accounting software. The approval process is available, and the required reports are provided as well, including for stock valuation. I am very happy using the inventory module in the Restroworks application. It’s a very good application for hospitality, and I use it on a daily basis. For GRN entries through the purchase order, I can verify what the ordered quantity is and what the received quantity is. What problems is Restroworks Inventory Management solving and how is that benefiting you? In our restaurant operations, we used to face many issues when counting our closing stock. Earlier, it was difficult to get accurate numbers, but now that we are using the POS application, we are getting the correct closing stock for our raw materials. When you have too many SKUs, managing the closing becomes very difficult, but with the POS there is no need for manual calculations because it shows all the data clearly in the reports.
