It helps reduce input errors and allows you to set up hierarchies for better control. The Theo Consumption report helps identify variances caused by recipe errors, and not all inventory management systems have this report readily available. The user interface is quite simple. The system also provides excellent in-platform report viewing, so there’s no need to download an Excel file. Excellent Customer Support. **What do you dislike about Restroworks Inventory Management?** Reports could be better. Backdating should be allowed up to the last stock count date. It should also be possible to create backdated stock counts in cases where a stock count wasn’t created on the closing night, even though the count was actually done. Moving average value could also be an option to look at. **What problems is Restroworks Inventory Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Purchase Module - Helps to restrict the user to predefined items, prices and suppliers. As I operate from the Central Warehouse. The Application works entirely through the Online and we get informations right away once we dispatch it. **What do you dislike about Restroworks Inventory Management?** The application has only 5 days window to enter the invoice of purchase, it should be a minimum of atleast 10 days so that we can complete the back logs easily. **What problems is Restroworks Inventory Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Difference in the restroworks inventory management application is we can track the expiry reports on continuos basis. ### 3. It provides strong item-tracking reports and helps with cost saving. We track ideal cost on a daily basis as per recipes, as well as actual cost based on physical entries. We also review item costs and check quantity-wise variance reports for every item. **What do you dislike about Restroworks Inventory Management?** We need the report generation time to be more than 3 months. Indent is happening with regular day to day usage and transfers are done. System will allow only one entry as per the invoice number which is received from the supplier, earlier we were passing multiple entries to by pass the cost center. Support is very good from Ramesh Pillai. **What do you dislike about Restroworks Inventory Management?** We are not able to delete the Purchase entry in the system because it is a cloud based system. System has only 4 days to edit any invoice entered in the system, as sometime we get invoices late from the vendor. **What problems is Restroworks Inventory Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier we were using a debit note concept when we were transferring the stocks from one outlet to an another, Now with Posist in place we are marking only entry as an Indent which is fulfilling our entire operational need and the other outlet which is receiving the inventory, there is also it becomes very easy. ### 5.
