I use the inventory module on a daily basis to add semi-finished items and manage item yield portion-wise. When I enter data, I can adjust the items and then update how many items were actually consumed for each portion. It is very helpful for our cost-saving process. I also check the closing stock daily as per sales, and then check the next day or week order requirements. **What do you dislike about Restroworks Inventory Management?** Nothing, as of now, has caused any operational issues. I need to update a purchase order approval matrix that shows the store’s closing stock details, so my senior can check all the details and help with the approval. **What problems is Restroworks Inventory Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Very good overall for reports, although a few reports still need improvement. I especially share and use the Consumption and Variance reports. Both reports show all the key details: opening stock, purchases/stock in, and consumption, along with the system closing stock. Then, when we enter the physical stock, it shows the item variance report. We can also check our food cost reports (ideal and actual) on a daily basis. ### 2. In my view, this application is not just a purchase module; it is more like a cost-saving application. We can track items end to end, item-wise, and we can also track ideal consumption versus actual consumption, along with item-wise variance reports. We are using the reorder module, and it is very easy to track our item availability as per the stock level. It saves us time because we don’t have to keep checking stock availability manually. **What do you dislike about Restroworks Inventory Management?** Nothing as of now to dislike. The only issue is the reports phase: it needs to generate reports for more than 3 months. **What problems is Restroworks Inventory Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have very simple, easy-to-understand reports.
