Restream is very user-friendly and easy to use. It has connected to all my streaming sites including, LinkedIn , and Twitter in addition to youtube, and Facebook. Restream offers a simple ingest solution and a fast creation of channels. If you have a YouTube channel or a Twitch channel, then restream might be a good choice for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Restream? The restream dashboard offers "stream health" analytics which are inaccurate and sometimes downright wrong. For example, the dashboard can tell you that you are "streaming" when in fact you are not. So, if you use restream to stream to multiple platforms, you better open your stream on every one of those platforms to make sure you are streaming because restream will always say "streaming" but when you look at your Facebook, YouTube and custom RTMP stream, it will be dead. To me, that is unacceptable, but it is not the worst part. When you reach out to their support, they will (every single time) tell you that it must be something you did wrong. As someone who does over three streams daily for multiple companies, this is just not the case. I use vMix Pro and do not mix up settings. I have a team of technicians at my side, and we broadcast from big studios. We are not just some person using a webcam in their bedroom or some amateur who might mix up a frame rate or video codec here and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. With all of its benefits and abilities, I could not get Restream to connect to my computer/system in order to actually stream anything. When I chatted and ultimately called Restream, they were unable to fix my connection. Further, I had paid for the annual subscription, and even though we were working on my issue with connectivity for weeks, they would not refund my subscription without a lot of hassle.
