As its name suggests, RestaurantConnect links the restaurant to both its patrons and the interdepartmental moving components. Rather than hiring, and then paying for, a variety of software and apps that occasionally result in booking and reservation issues along with other miscommunications, this is an easy approach to maintain control over the recognition, reputation, and growth of your brand. What do you dislike about RestaurantConnect? Compared to other "bigger" names out there, I would think that many people are not as familiar with this software. RestaurantConnect fails to provide a software option in the market its not as well known as others. The extra training required is a price to pay for the poor benefits it provides. It would be better if they added outlets to the platform for added convenience. RestaurantConnect claims to eliminate overbooking and double bookings I have experienced instances where this hasnt been the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. There were times when I arrived at the restaurant only to find out that my reservation wasnt recorded correctly or there was some mix up with table availability. RestaurantConnect holds true to its namesake: it connects the restaurant to the guests and interdepartmental moving parts. Instead of employing, and furthermore, paying for various software and apps which sometimes involve errors in booking and reservations, among other miscommunications, this is a seamless way to have control over your Brand's notoriety, reputation, and, ultimately, success.
