ResReturn is a returns and exchanges app for fashion and apparel stores. Customers start a return from any page of the store through an assistant drawer: they find the order, pick the item, give a reason and choose a resolution. The resolution ladder offers a size exchange and bonus store credit before a refund, so more revenue stays in the store. Merchants review every return inside their store admin, approve or reject it with one click, issue store credit, and track the fit return rate and the revenue retained through exchanges. ResReturn is live on Shopify, Ticimax and ikas, and the customer return flow is available in six languages.
