Our experience with Resquared was disappointing from the start. Our initial contact struggled through the first meetings, provided poor training on their system, and then abruptly left the company... without anyone notifying us. As a result, we lost an entire month or so of support without knowing why. By the time a new rep stepped in, the damage had already been done. When I requested a refund, they refused.
