The Resquared email sequence feature is valuable because it allows me to send out batches of emails that are both targeted and tailored. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** What doesn't work as well is targeting custom geographical areas, or smaller areas, when trying to avoid certain areas. Also, contacting businesses after using it for over a year now, there's been a handful of businesses that I've reached out to more than once, which could possibly damage relationships. The initial setup was pretty painful as the first version had a couple of rollouts that had some major platform glitches. But now things seem to run very smoothly despite some features not being available anymore on the new version. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resquared helps me reach businesses looking to expand, relocate, or renegotiate leases, targeting specific tenants. It allows tailored outreach with automated efficiency. ### 2. It's really helpful in targeting businesses that would fit our centers quickly. I also appreciate knowing that if I have any questions, our customer success manager is always there to guide us. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** I would really like if in the campaigns we could be able to attach images or PDFs. I would also like if the AI could draft more professional emails since a lot of the times we are reaching out to nationals. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Resquared because it helps us target businesses that fit our shopping centers in minutes, solving the problem of finding more businesses in specific areas. ### 3. It allows prospecting while I'm focused on other things, giving me the ability to do more. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** I think that there needs to be more tenants eventually, I think that the duplicate tenants can get tricky sometimes. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Resquared for leasing retail space, which helps by blasting out spaces to tenants quicker. I like the ease of the new update and how it lets me prospect while focusing on other things, giving me the ability to do more. ### 4. I do commercial leasing and I’m able to find the exact type of tenant. I’m looking for for specific spaces. **What do you dislike about Resquared?** Sometimes the process of getting a campaign live is a bit confusing, but they eventually get out and get leads. **What problems is Resquared solving and how is that benefiting you?** I struggled to get contact info for property users in bulk based on business type. I can now target users with surprising specificity. ### 5.
