It allows owners to easily see the current status of repair orders and their expected return dates. **What do you dislike about ResQ?** ResQ does not currently have an offline mode, so when internet services go down there is no way to queue requests or use the system because it is a cloud application. This, however makes it easily flexible to use everywhere in the restaurant chains **What problems is ResQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** ResQ provides easy management of repair orders across multiple facilities and restaurants without the necessity to be locked down to any one particular location. ### 2. This made necessary repairs and connections impossible to faciliate. **Recommendations to others considering ResQ:** Don't hesitate to work with ResQ for a second, the rewards are instant and will save your business. **What problems is ResQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** ResQ provides elite staff and experienced technicians to quickly troubleshoot issues with equipment or to facilitate fast repairs on-site without the need to remove and ship equipment out.
