What do you like best about Responsum?

What do you dislike about Responsum?

No actual dislikes so far. The RoPA module is very extensive and therefore sometimes a bit challenging but given the quick and detailed support it is not an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsum solving and how is that benefiting you?

RESPONSUM provides a far more efficient way of managing our privacy operations in a centralised manner. By automating administrative and project-related tasks, the tool solves most of our practical challenges regarding governance and policies. What do you like best about Responsum?

RESPONSUM gives you a proper structure and framework to ensure GDPR compliance. I enjoyed replacing numerous Excel sheets ensuring privacy and data protection compliance and centralizing and optimizing all efforts hereon.

The awareness module is also very useful for creating more awareness in a simple and fun way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsum?

The ROPA is very detailed which makes it difficult to master for those with little or no experience, but who have essential information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsum solving and how is that benefiting you?

RESPONSUM provided me with a good structure to implement privacy and data protection within the organization, and a clear overview to ensure GDPR compliance. It also allowes efficient and less time-consuming cooperation between different departments.

Training employees is no longer put off because of a lack of time or the difficulty of reaching a large number of employees together. By using phishing simulations and e-learnings whose results can be easily monitored, the risks and needs for the organization become immediately visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best privacy management software that we've seen"

What do you like best about Responsum?

It's an incredibly intuitive system which is easy for staff to use, requiring minimal training. Our staff have been easily able to add our RoPA, DPIAs, SARs and breaches with ease. As a data protection consultancy, it's important for us to have all of our compliance documentation in one secure place, and Responsum allows us to do this. What do you like best about Responsum?

I’ve known and used Responsum for a while now, and I can safely say that it has been instrumental in ensuring our GDPR compliance while also making the whole process more efficient. The user interface is intuitive and the customer support team is responsive, which makes it a breeze to use (even for non-tech users).
