They have been honest from the start, and the tools does exactly what is expected **What do you dislike about Responsly?** That people haven't heard of it... For the most part, the reporting is really good, by I have some niche requirements that means I need to do a few things manually. **What problems is Responsly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were not able to effectvely gather VOC feedback and analyse it at scale. The tags capabilites are really strong, circa 95% accuracy in a very complicated industry. ### 6. The forms are easy to send and integral to your website, company or area where you want to get the results. The basic version of the program, although limited, can be used to create specific temporary surveys. **What do you dislike about Responsly?** Currently I just hope that the application continues to improve, placing better features and optimizing the use of this, I have no complaints and I have had no problems with the program or with customer service. **What problems is Responsly solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we need to request certain information from customers or employees about changes in our products and services, we are looking for a service that can perform basic and quick surveys, without much protocol, with already established templates. We have also taken advantage of the option to perform surveys thanks to artificial intelligence optimizing the work much more. ### 7.
