They have been honest from the start, and the tools does exactly what is expected **What do you dislike about Responsly?** That people haven't heard of it... For the most part, the reporting is really good, by I have some niche requirements that means I need to do a few things manually. **What problems is Responsly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were not able to effectvely gather VOC feedback and analyse it at scale. The tags capabilites are really strong, circa 95% accuracy in a very complicated industry. ### 9.
