Responsivve is the Voice Calling AI Front Desk for businesses and agencies in the US. It is a platform, and it works on three surfaces: inbound phone calls, instant outbound calls to new leads within 60 seconds, and a talking-website voice widget on your own site. Every conversation runs on Dual Brain. The first brain speaks. The second brain, Sales Compass, steers the call through opening, discovery, value mapping, objection handling, and close, and the close goal is a booked appointment. When a caller asks a factual question, it answers that first. When someone says they are not interested, it stops pitching. Answers come from each business's own knowledge base. The voice must not invent a price, a policy, or a fact. On the call, Responsivve checks availability and says the timezone. It reads the time back and waits for a yes before booking. It moves or cancels an existing appointment instead of double-booking. It also sends a confirmation email, transfers to a human when the caller asks, updates CRM fields, calls your own APIs, and honors do-not-call requests. After the call you get a call log, transcript, summary, recording, extracted fields, outcome, and BANT score, all written to Responsivve CRM, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Phone numbers are bought inside the product from Telnyx.
