"Responsive is essential for high-volume, fast-paced RFP centers"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

In a busy RFP center like ours, where each proposal manager is juggling multiple RFPs and many SMEs, Responsive is invaluable at helping us with organization and accurate content. We use the tool all the time and it is hard to imagine how we did our jobs without it. Two things the Responsive team does extremely well are 1) Continually investing in new features and capabilities and letting customers try them in Beta, and 2) Communicating with clients with webinars and trainings to introduce new features or show us how to make better use of the ones we already have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I have to knock Responsive down from a 10 to 9 because of their support. While the support personnel are kind and polite, they don't understand RFPs and they really don't know much about the software. I would guess that most clients know the software a lot better than the support team. And because the support team can never resolve questions or issues on the first contact, it takes far too much time to deal with them. Often, we just come up with our own workarounds rather than deal with the Support Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Maintaining accurate content that is quickly out-of-date.

2. Tracking, organizing, and managing multiple RFPs at a time.

3. Managing a large pool of SMEs and partners who need to provide input in our proposals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering My Proposal Work – A New Joiner’s Experience with RFPIO"

5/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I have been using RFPIO for just a month, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for me. The AI-powered suggestions have made responding to proposals so much faster and less stressful. I no longer have to dig through documents or start from scratch every time. Having the content library at my fingertips and being able to collaborate with my team in real-time has made a huge difference in how I approach my work. It’s helped me stay organized and confident, especially when deadlines are tight Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

As a new joiner, the one thing I dislike about RFPIO is that it takes a bit of time to get familiar with all the features and navigation. There’s a lot of functionality packed in, and at first, it can feel overwhelming to find the right answers or figure out how everything connects. However, once you get the hang of it, it really becomes an invaluable tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work as a Presales Bid Manager, and RFPIO has been a huge help in solving the challenges of managing complex proposals. It streamlines the entire response process, helps me quickly find accurate content from the library, and keeps the team aligned even under tight deadlines. The AI suggestions and collaboration features make it much easier to deliver high-quality proposals without the usual stress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Positive Experience with Responsive as a Solution Engineer"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

As a Solution Engineer at IDnow, I really appreciate several standout features of Responsive. The ability to import RFPs directly from Excel sheets is a game-changer—it saves me a ton of time by allowing quick uploads and immediate action on large datasets. On top of that, the intuitive interface makes collaboration seamless, which is crucial for coordinating the technical responses I handle daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

As a Solution Engineer at IDnow, there’s not much I dislike about Responsive, but there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Sometimes, the search functionality within the content library feels a bit inconsistent, making it tricky to quickly find the most relevant answers, especially when dealing with a large volume of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that Responsive effectively addresses several key challenges I face. It solves the problem of managing complex RFP processes by streamlining data collection and organization, especially with the Excel import feature, which saves me hours of manual entry. "Intuitive Platform with Room for Improvement"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I really appreciate how Responsive, formerly RFPIO, empowers me with the ability to ask questions without the need to be in a specific document, which is indispensable during client interactions. This feature allows me to confidently provide accurate information by searching through comprehensive resources, eliminating the need for constant consultations with product managers. Another aspect I find extremely valuable is the delegation capability within RF documents. This functionality simplifies the task distribution process, ensuring clarity on responsibilities, and is crucial when managing tight deadlines with multiple team members. It prevents work duplication, thereby enhancing productivity. Overall, Responsive exhibits powerful features that integrate seamlessly into my workflow and streamline the RFP process. I also find that the platform's usability and reliability stand out, offering correct responses most of the time and making it easy to handle more or less the right answers in client engagements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I find the importing of projects and the flagging of questions to come back to not as intuitive or as good of a user experience as I would hope. There's also a specific issue with certain queries where it pops up and says it doesn't understand the question, even when it seems like something the system could potentially know the answer to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Responsive to streamline the RFP response process, eliminating the need to search through Google Drive or Slack for answers. It allows me to confidently respond to client inquiries and delegate tasks efficiently, preventing work duplication under tight timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

Setting up custom templates and labels takes very meticulous planning upfront, especially at the beginning of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s improved our response time significantly: we’ve gone from taking days to complete a complex RFP to reaching a solid resolution in just a matter of hours. The responses are better, while still maintaining the same tone and quality, and we’re now able to handle a higher volume of requests for proposals. It’s excellent.
