In my current company, it took them 3 weeks to complete customer security questionnaires and return them. I love the ease of use of Responsive, formerly RFPIO, which helps us save time. We've been able to cut down on RFP completion time from our old processes. Moving sections or questions after creation can be wonky if they're in the wrong place. The AI function could be smarter and more savvy to industry trends and knowledge. More format consistency or formatting options would be nice, like a full text ribbon with more fonts, font sizes, alignment options, etc. It would be appreciated if more projects were allowed at once.
