I use Responsive as a content library and RFP response management tool, which allows me to centralize RFx answers in one searchable repository, saving significant time when responding to multiple proposals. "AI-Powered RFP Response, Simple Setup"

5/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I find the AI feature to be the best part of Responsive, formerly RFPIO. It can create answers just using the Q&A pairs in the database, so I don't even have to have an answer to a question; it can create it for me. The initial setup was very simple. We had help from a representative, and all we did was upload our Q&A from a Microsoft Word document, tag it, add owners, and we were done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

We don't use the projects feature of Responsive because it requires too much training and actually slows us down. We would have to train everyone in the company to be able to use it, and I don't think that people will have the time to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Responsive, formerly RFPIO, solves the issue of managing Q&A pairs manually in Word documents. The AI feature is fantastic, as it creates answers from our database, eliminating the need to have every answer pre-written. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Bidding with Responsive Delights"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I love that everything's in one place with Responsive. It's easy for our SMEs to get in there and answer questions and reassign to somebody else in their team. Probably the content library and the recommendations are features that I value the most. We also tested the AI feature, and it looks like it will help us in the future. I have come to rely on Responsive extensively and absolutely love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

We would like to be able to separate our products a little bit better, especially when it comes to the AI feature. It did pull from all of our products, which are not the same and do not run the same. So that part was hard. Being able to filter out the AI as well would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Responsive helps keep our company's products organized and non-repetitive, making it easy for our SMEs to access everything in one place and manage tasks efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined RFP Management with Responsive"

4/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I appreciate how Responsive has been a huge productivity booster, especially when dealing with complex RFPs. The auto-detection of questions, sections, and answer rows is excellent, significantly reducing manual effort and making navigation of lengthy documents much easier. I like that it helps ensure nothing is missed, which is critical for maintaining accuracy with high RFP volumes. The solution brings structure and transparency to RFP management, turning what could be a fragmented process into a more coordinated one. I also really like its speed in generating answers and allowing me to have full control over reviewing and editing responses. The MS Word-like editing experience is a bonus, making it easy to maintain my workflow while delivering high-quality responses. I find the built-in reminders and the ability to track multiple RFPs simultaneously very helpful, which aids in meeting deadlines and improving coordination across teams. Additionally, the powerful editing tools and seamless collaboration feature when creating new projects are great, making it well-suited for teams working at scale. Setup was also flawless and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

One area that could be improved is answer relevance—at times, the generated responses aren’t fully aligned with the question and need additional refinement. The help section could also benefit from better prompts or guidance to generate more accurate answers. Additionally, when the system doesn’t have sufficient information, it tends to state that directly rather than offering a partial draft or suggested structure, which would be more helpful. Improving these areas would make the overall experience even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Responsive boosts my productivity with complex RFPs by auto-detecting sections and ensuring nothing is missed. It tracks multiple RFPs, enhancing coordination and transparency. I value the speed of answer generation and seamless collaboration, but more relevant answers and guidance would strengthen the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complex Onboarding, Limited Drafting Functionality"

0.5/5

What do you like best about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

I found the content library organization in Responsive, formerly RFPIO, to be a good aspect of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO?

The onboarding was very complex and took too long. The first draft functionality doesn't work as good as Claude. The staff was aggressive, and they sent the invoice to the wrong account and accused us of not paying. The functionality for writing and drafting was very limited. The initial setup was difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responsive, formerly RFPIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Responsive, formerly RFPIO, was organized for tender management and storing narrative documents, though we didn't benefit much due to onboarding complexity and functionality issues. Its content library organization was a standout before we ended the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
