I love that Responsive is really easy to use, with a very intuitive UI. It handles every sort of questionnaire we get, which is super helpful. I also love the self-service trust center, where customers can download whatever documents they need. I appreciate that I don't have to update things in multiple places; I just use the content library, and everything updates across the board. It's also great that Responsive is constantly coming out with new features and upgrades. The initial setup of Responsive was very easy and smooth, and I was impressed with their onboarding process. The onboarding analyst made everything very clear, and the training was great. Even setting up the integrations was easy, and our Salesforce admin noted how easy it was. Responsive has become much more than just a question-and-answer database for RFPs. It’s now a tool I rely on day to day for the wide range of questions that come up throughout the course of a typical business day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Responsive, formerly RFPIO? I still have trouble converting tables, there doesn't seem to be any clear way to do it. Responsive has lessened the amount of time it takes to fill out an RFP, now that we have reoccurring annual and quarterly questionnaires, I can utilize collections to easily fill them in as the documents are usually the same time after time. The new UI (compared to when I started) is definitely cleaner and looks modern. There are a few AI features like the Smart Search, which really works well if your data (your responses to questions) are good. I also like the feature to rephrase my manual answer. I think the biggest improvement could be achieved in the import of RFP questionnaires. I know, they are all different and therefore it's not easy, but maybe some kind of a 'Have you missed this?', 'How about using that?' kind of control would be helpful.
