The AI provides a solid starting point for responses, and our team can then review and fine-tune the content as needed. This has reduced the amount of manual effort required and helped us complete proposals much faster than before. The platform is also easy to use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it simple for multiple contributors to collaborate without confusion. Because of that, adoption across our team has been relatively smooth. I appreciate the advanced functionality Responsive offers, which is essential for our needs, making it the most comprehensive RFx response platform I've used. Also, Loopio, which we used before, was much easier for onboarding teams due to its simpler and better UI/UX, although Responsive offers richer and more advanced functionality, which we need. I really like that they listen to the feedback from their customers and work to give customers the best user experience. The AI features are helpful in responding to our questionnaires and proposals in a concise and cohesive manner, ensuring that everything we send out to our customers is consistent. Also, being able to save information gathered from other teams in the organization into the database for future reference is very beneficial.
