I like the ability within Responsive for my colleagues and management to put tags like 'NDA required,' 'internal,' 'external,' and 'general topics' on different portions of documentation. The sections most used by our team include the Content Library, the Projects management workflow, and the Ask feature. The Ask feature is particularly useful for sorting through thousands of Q/A pairs to stitch together comprehensive responses that can be credibly cited and sourced from our knowledge base and documents. The AI feature helps us frame and draft the answers in an orderly fashion with the correct references for the extracted statements. Sometimes the AI draft gives me wrong statements even though the underlying statements are accurate. I guess there is more work required to make the AI feature more accurate and revent hallucination. UI can be much better but the wekest point is the content reccomendation system. Natural Language Processing AI with active learning models, which learn from user activity and make smarter recommendations over time (Basic Answer Recommendation). 2. GenAI that applies contextual understanding to provide semantic search results and content transformation (AI Assistant).
