## About ResponseTap
By allowing marketers to connect the customer journey to the phone call, and call centres to start the conversation where the online journey left off, ResponseTap's Call Intelligence helps businesses optimise campaigns, maximise sales and improve the customer experience. Over 1,600 brands use ResponseTap to reveal the campaigns, channels and keywords that make customers pick up the phone – with customers including Aviva, Virgin Money, Hiscox, Wickes and WhatCar? ResponseTap came about over a few beers in a university bar, and a conversation about the disconnect between online and offline customer journeys. Within two years, the first campaign-level tracking project in Europe to be integrated with Google Analytics was launched. And two years later, visitor-level tracking was live. The business had 100 customers and ResponseTap had joined the Telegraph's Tech Start-Up 100 most promising technology start-ups in Europe. In 2021 ResponseTap became part of Infinity. This coming together has meant customers can now benefit from Infinity's advances in call tracking and speech analytics and enjoy a stronger suite of products and features.

**What do you like best about ResponseTap?**

RT has helped us so much in deciding where to place our marketing and tracking what is still working and what isnt

**What do you dislike about ResponseTap?**

Now the customer number is shown as 'withheld' we cannot see if its the same person calling or not

**What problems is ResponseTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used various magazines/publications over the years and RT has helped greatly sort out which ones work best, hence saving us money
