RespondeYA is LIA, an AI assistant for small businesses in Spain: clinics, beauty centres, hotels, accounting firms, garages and online shops. LIA picks up the calls you miss today: when the line is busy, when you are with a customer, or after closing time. It says it is an AI from the first greeting, answers with your business information, takes the appointment request or the order and notifies you right away. On the phone it can offer real free slots and book them in your Google Calendar if you connect it. Your dashboard keeps a written summary of every conversation. The same assistant answers WhatsApp and your website chat. WhatsApp is included in every plan (Meta charges its own per-message fees separately). It works on your existing number through call forwarding. Spanish, English, French and German. Data is stored in the EU. From €99/month plus VAT with 1,000 call minutes. Text-only plans from €49/month. No setup fee, no lock-in. 14-day free trial (card required).
