The payouts are very timely. Customer service is so very helpful; I once forgot to update my account with my new PayPal information so the payment was sent to the old one, I contacted customer support and they credited my new PayPal with the payment while still waiting for the other payment to be returned. That is excellent customer service in my opinion! **What do you dislike about Respondent?** The only downside is that there is a limit to the amount of applications that you may submit daily. Although, it's really not much of an issue for me because I alunderstand that they must do that for the integrity of the projects and for quality control reasons because of spammers, bots, scammers, etc. **What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Respondent is helping businesses connect with their target demographics and collect data and insight that couldn't be attained otherwise. ### 39. I like that the site is user friendly and that I did not need to watch a tutorial to navigate the website. I like that the messages are separate and the site is clearly organized. I like that payments are secure. I have referred others to the Respondent website because it is a credible site. Whenever money is exchanged online, things can get fishy. I like that Respondent pays users in a timely manner and is safe. **What do you dislike about Respondent?** I do not like that I can see screeners for studies only available in other countries. I am not too bothered by this because I can use the filter button to filter the studies I want to apply to. **What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work from home and do not talk to a lot of people in my day. The system is full of bugs, nothing works at all. **What do you dislike about Respondent?** This is the worst experience I've ever had with a software product. I would accept some limitations and bugs, if it was an early stage startup, but we're talking about an 8-year old company that charges researchers easily several thousands of dollars in advance to launch products. We've tried launching several research projects on the platform, and none of them worked. We're not talking about random features, but not even the core journeys worked. We've found bugs in every single core journey - participants not being able to sign up to the platform, links not working that would redirect them to the survey, completed participants not being synced back so that they get their money and the list goes on. Even if we take out the bugs, there are plenty of business decisions behind the product that just don't make sense. Even if you limit your audience to a specific subset, anyone can apply to your projects - and they do. But the problem is that after you reach double of the expected participants, then the project closes. So in each project you basically get an overlapping random list of people who are not relevant to your projects at all. Last but not least, I've never seen so badly designed UI/UX as Respondent has. It has so basic errors that even a junior frontend developer shouldn't make. **What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?** They're not solving any problem at the moment due to the above mentioned bugs. ### 50.
