**Reviewed by:** sanjana g. | senior manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Their is lot of thing to like about the respondent .Firstly i will start by its project content and intelligent researchers .One will never be disappointed by the server of respondent as it is super fast and secure. The privacy factor is also very much secure in the respondent. Secondly which i like most about the respondent is its payment system and less documentation to get payment in the PayPal account.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The thing which i dislike about the respondent is that major projects are allocated in fixed time zone of particular country so people of other time zone may miss the project .Secondly which i dislike is presence of 3 screeners which sometime leads to factor of missing the project.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is providing the platform for both researcher and participant and also giving the opportunity to both to excel in their field. Just because of Respondent ,college students , scientist, engineers ,etc can easily do their research with much hustle and participants can easily earn part time money which will be very useful for them. It is benefitting me as a able to learn and work for some great projects hence enhancing my skills

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Firstly the thing which i liked most about the respondent is the presence of numerous number of projects and studies for all sector of participant .One has choices regarding selecting the best project which correspond to thier ability and interest. Also thier support team is very fast in resolving the issues and give personalize response till the problem is not solved

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The downside of respondent is that one has to be remain active to grab the project as slots are always limited and within a minute slots gets filled .Also screeners are limited to 3 only so one has to carefully choose the studies and then participate otherwise has to wait for a day to participate in the project as it renews after 24 hours

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is mainly solving the problem of unemployment for the youth by providing this platform where they can easily earn some money and feed themselves. It is also helping the reseachers by finding the eligible participants through its platform by providing proper platform .It is benefitting me as i am able to earn some money while pursuing my studies so their is less mental pressure on me to get a job to earn money so by this platform ,while i can work for few hours from my home and also my studies are also not effected

  ### 5. Your Viewpoints Matter With Respondent.io.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber H. | Owner/Computer Trainer/Consultant/Speaker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I love respondent.io because I have the opportunity to give my viewpoints on everything from one-on-one virtual interviews to testing website prototypes to surveys. When I first joined, I wasn't sure it was going to work our for me because of where I lived. I was glad that no matter where anyone lived, participation can be done in person or remotely.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

There were some tests which I felt I qualified for but didn't. I understand that comes with the territory. Yet, there were times when questions weren't clear. Whenever that happened to me, I'd answer to the best of my ability. I wish the payout was higher for some categories. There were those I saw the payouts as much as $300, but understand as a participant it's up to the researchers. Finally, I like PayPal, and there were a few times I got paid via Tango. I believe more payout options should include Zelle, Payoneer, I might as well say CashApp because I'm sure many people are thinking it, and online prepaid credit/debit cards wouldn't hurt.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'll answer the question this way. One of the things I enjoy are the website prototypes. You get a chance to rate them before they go public. Same is true for any product surveys and product/service user tests before they're rolled out. I get to fully express my opinions on improvements, what I like and don't like, and that the opinions I express matter.

  ### 6. Seamless and rewarding experience with Respondent.io

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Egbert A. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent mostly ensures that us participants we are fairly and timely compensated for our time and the input we provide to the researchers.
The platform is also easy to use and navigate, One can easily understand and follow any guideline given by the researcher. This encourages high quality responses.
Lastly, the customer support team in the platform are more professional this encourages the participant to continue using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Despite respondent platform is a global platform sometimes I find that i do have fewer study opportunities because of limitation to participate in certain surveys due to my area or region where I live.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps me earn extra income by sharing my professional knowledge, and this feels rewarding both professionally, financially and as well as intellectually.
Respondent also provides me with with a centralized research studies which encourages my expertise as a software developer and data analyst. This saves me time as compared to looking for these opportunities on my own.

  ### 7. a good platform to learn and earn with high interest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

The best thing i like about the respondent is that it is very easy to communicate personally with the project head or study team and resolve our doubts. The ease of payment process and recommendation of the projects which are suitable according to my skills and profession is the best part which i liked most about the respondent .

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The one thing which i disliked about the respondent is that it should mention the geographic location and skills required for the particular project as i could know it only when i starts the screener and then it shows that this study is not available in your geographical region or you do not qualify for this project

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is basically solving the human gap problem as through respondent the researchers are able to communicate and pick people who are suitable for their study and research without much hurdle to find out them through different resources. It is benefitting me as i am able to contribute to the team when invited and in return i use to get lot of learning during whole study or project and in addition to it i also get money by which i can fulfill my daily needs without depending on parents

  ### 8. Working with Respondent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GLORIA S. | Traducción de textos de inglés a español, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

The most important thing to use Respondent is that all time I have many reasons to believe thant Respondent is a wonderful application because I have many opportunities of working about topics very interesting, and the posibility that I can do the best for the place that I used, it is helpful in this application the characteristics and the jobs that I can intriduce my opinios and my knowlegde, the advantage of this website is that I can do my job with facilities and easy to doing.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The sidedark of Respondent is when I need one opportunity and I don´t have the option that I need when the posibilities jobs there is not enough, because in some times I need one job I the site there not have the posibility of make something in the site.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Respondent solving to me is very easy indicate because the principal thing that the site is making to me is that the researchs and investigations about one topic is benefical to me because I can work in the thing that Respondent apply to my profile, and the problems only are a few things that Respondent help to solve when this place integrate a lot of studies for obtain a response about the results that the site is looking for.

  ### 9. Respondent for President

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan H. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent connects you directly with qualified research participants or companies in need of your input, saving you time and effort in finding opportunities. Also, the platform makes it easy to find research studies tailored to your expertise or interests, ensuring a good fit. Some of the upsides of using Respondent are, flexibility: you can choose projects that fit your schedule and preferences, accessibility: the user-friendly platform simplifies finding and participating in studies, and transparency: detailed information about each study helps you decide whether it’s worth your time.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The least helpful about Respondent is the high competition for spots in studies can make it difficult to get selected, even when you’re qualified, some studies feel undercompensated for the time and effort required, and communication with researchers can sometimes be unclear or delayed. I would say the least helpful of Respondent is the qualification process for studies can feel tedious and repetitive, especially when you’re disqualified without clear feedback, at times the lack of consistency in study availability can make it hard to rely on Respondent as a steady source of income, finally, while the system works, payments can take a while to process after completing a study.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I meant to click on "User" not "Business". For me, as a Respondent user it helps me find supplemental income, and they offer a flexible way to earn money by participating in research studies, interviews, and surveys.

  ### 10. Director of Information Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald H. | Program Manager Program Management Office, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

As of now I don't have anything that I dislike about Respondent.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 12. Simple, legal and well-paid activity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiago L. | Consultor de investimentos / Finance Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I liked the organization of the site, the ease of finding surveys that fit my professional profile, and the many opportunities. Payment is fast and well organized. I did everything through PayPal for the first survey and everything went well.

I have never needed to use customer support and I try to go to the site at least once a week to check for opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The filter settings to separate searches according to profile could be more rigid, as searches that are not related to my professional profile and activities often appear. At first it took a while to be accepted for any survey, I got one last month, I hope to get more. Otherwise the site is excellent.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At first, I use Respondent as an extra income and with that, I help people in the area in which I work to solve their problems or improve their procedures and apps.

  ### 13. The best platform to learn and earn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ritik s. | software developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

i like most about respondent is that is allows us to express our ideas in different wasy by providing different skill set projects and also helps in earning mooney so as reducing dependcy on parents for daily life expenses

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

the thing i not liked about the respondent is that it should mention the region name in the project description so as we don't waste time to know we do not qualify for the project after taking the screener

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is basically providing the best applicant for the reseacher or who are conducting the study on any matter by neglecting the problem of finding the deserving candidate and for participant it is solving the problem of unemployment . It is benefitting me as i m able to work with the great persons and also by learning , i'm able to earn money also

  ### 14. Respondent is the best and most comprehensive Survey website out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MARK CHESTER C. | Digital Marketing Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent is easy to use and is accessible to everyone. It is comprehensive yet also so intricate. Respondent allowed me to express my profession, especially in marketing freely. The customized survey experience was very good as it selected the most relevant studies in which I could participate in. It also provides a good communication tool for researchers and participants.

I always see to it that I go to Respondent in a thrice-a-week basis. Their customer support was spot on, as I remembered being called on my phone, to check up some details. It was very easy to integrate into the system, and the implementation of the studies were pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

There were some minor technical issues in the Login Page, where if you forgot to check the Capcha, it will send in an error message if you attempt again. But everything looks so good.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is solving the problem of lack of participants in significant researches in the market, and it is benefitting me somehow on the implementation and integration of the results in a real life basis.

  ### 15. Generosity of Respondent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjiv R. | Finance Head, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent gives one a very generous compensation for the very relevant surveys one is selected for.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

It's very difficult to get selected for the relevant surveys through the rigorous screening process.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generous compensation for the surveys are the additional funds that are very relevant to the surveyee.

  ### 16. Online Money-earning Website Grab It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinod M. | Warehouse Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I started using Respondent a year ago, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The platform carefully analyzes your age, profession, demographics, and job profile, and then matches you with projects that are most relevant to you. The experience has been extraordinary.

Kudos to the excellent team behind it! I highly recommend Respondent to all my friends and have shared it on my social media to help spread the word. This will not only benefit other users but also attract more participants and researchers to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Suggestions and Feedback for Respondent

While my experience with Respondent has been overwhelmingly positive, I do have one suggestion. Currently, there is no option to indicate a dislike for a project. I believe it would be beneficial to allow participants to have 5 screeners instead of just 3 within a 24-hour period. This would not only help participants generate more revenue but also benefit the Respondent team by increasing engagement and participation.

Other than that, everything has been excellent—truly extraordinary, with out-of-the-box thinking that sets Respondent apart from other platforms.

Great work, Respondent Team! I’m fully committed to promoting this platform, as I’ve been looking for a reliable and rewarding opportunity like this to earn money and enhance my knowledge through real-world online experiences.

Also people who dont have email id but employed it is a issue for them to participate in all survey they can only participate in general activities.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yes, I was able to give a good picture to researchers about the questions they asked before itself I was able to prepare for the same. It enhances our knowledge to worldwide and also develops our knowledge.I can take an active survey according to my feild and earn also by helping the community

  ### 17. A Site that you may think is too good to be true!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyrone H. | Founder , Civic & Social Organization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

The fact that you have 3 screeners to respond to calls for project or program participation. You have to make a choice depending on your knowledge and/ experience with the task at hand. So in context you're spoilt for choice. And the 3 options ensure you're not overwhelmed and you only take up what you can manage.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Well this is not an issue at all for Respondent but that lays with the companies or individuals assigning tasks, in this I mean you won't automatically get picked to perform even after you apply. They pick the best according to their needs.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sound final decision making when it comes to software usage and other products.
Respondent is versatile and offers a choice that matches your work and as the reviewer you take what you are knowledgeable off.

  ### 18. legit platform that connects researchers and companies with real people

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaddam S. | Internal Audit Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

High Payouts

Global Opportunities

Diverse Topics

Simple Signup & Screening

Payouts via PayPal

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Not Easy to Qualify Every Time

PayPal Only

Time Consuming Screeners

Limited to One Account per Person/IP

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent.io is solving a critical gap in the research and marketing world — the difficulty of finding real, qualified people to participate in consumer and professional research. Companies need genuine insights from targeted user segments (e.g., students, freelancers, finance professionals, etc.) to build better products and make smarter business decisions.

  ### 19. Interesting way to earn money

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Borkovska . | Maternity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

What I like the most about Respondent is the ability to find genuinely interesting projects and work remotely on my own schedule. The application process is straightforward, and the pay for projects is higher than on many other platforms. It’s a great way to earn while feeling that your opinion truly matters.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The most frustrating part is the difficulty in getting approved for projects — you apply, wait, and sometimes just get ignored. Another big downside is that there’s no option to register as a professional currently on maternity leave. I’m still a highly qualified specialist, but the platform doesn’t allow me to reflect my current situation. This limits access to projects, even though I’m ready to work and contribute value.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me find flexible, remote work where my expertise is valued. It’s a great way to earn money and stay professionally active from home.

  ### 20. High-paying remote research opportunity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edwina P. | Logistics Management Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

What truly sets Respondent apart is the pay. The studies aren't your typical 10-minute consumer surveys; they are usually in-depth user interviews, focus groups, or product testing sessions conducted by major brands and research firms. The incentives reflect this value, with the average project paying around $75 to $100. For studies focused on specific professional or technical backgrounds, the effective hourly rate often reaches $100 or more—making your time incredibly worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

While the pay is high, studies are competitive. You might need to apply to several screeners before you find one that perfectly matches the researcher's specific criteria. Persistence is key, and landing just one 60-minute interview for $100 makes all the screening time worth it.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is definitely one of the best platforms out there for getting fairly compensated for your time and expertise. It solves the problem of low compensation and time waste associated with typical consumer surveys.

  ### 21. Easy projects and extra money!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea M. | Unemployed, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I love that the platform is so easy to use. There's always new projects to interact with and the screeners you have to go through are quick and easy, so you don't waste any time! Every project is super well paid. It's equivalent to the time and effort you'll spend completing them. I think it's an excellent platform for people who are looking to earn some extra money (which is so helpful for people looking for a job or just people wanting to get some extra cash)!

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

One thing I dislike is that PayPal (the payment system the platform uses) charges you a fee of 5% of the total you earned. It might not sound like a lot, but in the end it's money they take away from you when you could've used it!

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me earn money on the side while I try to find a job to support myself!

  ### 22. Respondent Offers Unique Opportunities for Research Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather D. | Small Business Owner, Publishing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent is a platform offering a variety of unique opportunities surrounding market research and the collection of data from researchers and it's participants. You can browse the research opportunities and apply to the screener to prequalify and submit personal survey to be approved to participate in that survey or research study. Small earnings opportunities with a broad range of potential.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The website limits how many screeners you can do a day to 3, which is kind of odd and kind of frustrating, bc out of 5 screeners I have only ever been approved for just one study. So there is limited opportunity sometimes , and a large pool of candidates sometimes .

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They collect data and do research panels and market research. This is a non traditional way to make extra side cash via gift cards from Amazon or PayPal.

  ### 23. Massive win for getting quantative interviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel d. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

We liked how easy we can filter and find candidates for user interviews that are relevant to us. The amount of features offered was very helpful!

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Sometimes the interface can be overwhelming and it takes a few minutes to find your way.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did quantitative market research and Repondent helped us find very relevant interview, combined with cross survey data.

  ### 24. Respondent is a great place for extra cash

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas M. | Technical Implementation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I have taken a few surveys on respondent. The payouts are usually pretty good. The longer ones (1-2 hours) usually pay over $100. Ther are often shorter ones that pay less but are still very good for the amount of time you spend on them. A lot of them are specific to certain industries with tech being the one I see most. Even if you don't qualify for a study you can send a link to someone you know who might qualify and you can get a kickback.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

There are a couple of downsides to respondent. You can only apply to 3 surveys per day so you have to prioritize which surveys you think you qualify for and how much money you get. So you might end up applying for some where you might not be a good fit or don't pay much only to find a high paying one that you are perfect for but you've hit the limit. The other thing is that if you don't work in certain industries, you might not find many surveys.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is a great way to make extra cash. You won't get rich, but the money you get for the time you spent is excellent.

  ### 25. Easy to do surveys and very good payout method

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neetika G. | Dental hygiene, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I have been using respondent since 1 year.....it is really very easy to use. They payout in us dollar and straight into the PayPal account. It is very easy to do surveys and also the payout is really good.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The only thing I dislike about respondent is that they have very few diary study surveys. As I am little shy of moderated surveys , I mostly prefer diary studies which we can do at our own pace and time

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making available more surveys and hence we will have more chances of doing surveys . Many times...even if I complete screener, we don't get the invitation to complete the study

  ### 26. It's good and useful, but I haven't started making money yet.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir B. | Head of Quality Department and Risk Manager, Mining & Metals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I like that it is truly professionally oriented with a focus on design and quality of work. I also appreciate that it offers many opportunities for additional income. Unfortunately, there aren't many jobs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but I hope there will be more soon. The website is clear and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

I don't like that there aren't enough jobs from Europe and my country

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't used it for my research yet, as I'm currently trying to earn from surveys. However, this is an ideal opportunity for all researchers to use, and my advice is to expand your reach and promotion to the rest of Europe and the Balkans, because there are currently many projects here related to public opinion, demographics, and consumer habits, as we are societies in transition from socialism to capitalism.

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent lets me join cool research studies and make money when I'm free. The site is simple to use, and I can easily find studies that fit my interests.

I've had good talks with the researchers and have been paid handsomely for my efforts every time.

My only complaint is that studies often get filled up fast. It's hard to get into all the ones I want. A better way to get notified about new studies would be great.

Respondent connects me with companies and researchers who need user input. This lets me share my valuable thoughts. In this way, I help make better products and services for the world out there.

One can also visit the site as frequent as they wish in their quest to find surveys or other tasks to do. The user interface shows great features that are easily understandable.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Time taken to review invites takes a bit of time and if improved, it would be real great. The selection process should be automated so that one can easily respond to an invite and get a feedback on whether they qualify or they don't.

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Although I rarely receive research / survey / review studies from Respondent, I find it very sensible and beneficial. Beneficial - from the customer and vendor's point of view is a win-win solution.
