Communication levels are reasonably average. You should be able to delete things from your account that you're no longer using. I have lingering items that date back months that I can't delete. There are authentic surveys available on this platform, unlike other platforms where it's so hard to find survey which actually rewards you for your precious time. Also, the rewards are super good. It starts from $5 to $500. I infact got rewarded for $15 in the second day of my using Respondent. It's super easy to use and navigate. I can even contact the survey team if I feel the need to do so.
