What do you like best about respond.io?

What do you dislike about respond.io?

Sometimes, problems or maintenance tasks are long and don't allow the team to continue with work, but this is rare. We used to have problems with 360dialog API but got resolved in a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about respond.io?

The Workflows u can use in respond.io are very easy to learn and handle. With them u can create nice Workflows that have a big effect on ur company.

The Customer Support ist very good and fast - what was very good when I started with respond.io and firstly had issues with my workflows.

Intergration with Zapier is perfectly for our company. Also the Dashboard and App, what we use daily, for Chats to respond to customer very fast and connect with the right Employee is one of our favorite arguments for this Software.

We use it not only for us, also we sell it to our customers, to implement respond.io in their companies, are very happy for.

What do you dislike about respond.io?

The only thing that I disliked firstly in respondio, was that u cant delete steps, where under it are steps, so u have to do everything under new. But they gave me a workaround for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about respond.io?

Discovering all the options Respond.io offers was truly exciting. Initially, I was apprehensive about whether this platform would suit our needs, but after conducting tests (which they kindly extended for a few more days), I uncovered its immense potential and possibilities.

What stood out the most was how fluid and intuitive the workflow section is for configuring chatbots. It made the setup process not only manageable but also enjoyable. The platform's other tools, such as the Inbox, Contacts, Broadcasts, and the Reports Dashboard, have significantly improved how we manage our contacts and clients.

Looking ahead, we believe Respond.io will become a critical tool for our IT department, allowing them to integrate internal applications like our CRM, and for our sales advisors, enabling them to manage their sales opportunities more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about respond.io?

It’s not something I dislike per se, but rather an issue I’ve noticed, which might also be related to a configuration I haven’t fully mastered yet. The issue occurs when I’m in a conversation with a customer who is currently in a workflow. If I stop the workflow to attend to the customer personally, the next message in the workflow is sent before the flow fully halts.

As I mentioned, this could be a Respond.io bug or simply something in my workflow configuration that I haven’t pinpointed or adjusted correctly. Either way, it’s more of an improvement opportunity than a major flaw. My team and I have noticed this, but overall, it doesn’t detract from our positive experience with the platform. What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we worked with Sinch, but it didn’t meet our customer management needs. It felt too basic, difficult to use, and challenging to configure workflows, with very limited possibilities for expansion. Respond.io solved all of that for us.

In addition to its versatility and ease of use, the platform’s support team is always attentive. Their assistance, along with their proposals for talks and training on new modules they launch, makes us feel more confident and prepared to use the platform to its fullest potential. What do you like best about respond.io?

respond.io offers a great balance between affordability and functionality, making it an excellent choice for customer engagement. Their pricing model is based on Monthly Active Contacts, which is ideal since we often deal with different customers each month, and it’s reassuring to know we’re only charged for active interactions rather than database storage.

I really appreciate that we can reach out to their entire team through just one WhatsApp number. Whether it's the Sales Executive Darshanth, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) Akhila, or their tech support, they are always incredibly helpful when I face any issues. Their response time is excellent, usually within 24 hours.

During the trial period, Darshanth was always reachable and consistently followed up to check if I encountered any difficulties. His proactive approach made the trial experience smooth and reassured me that I could rely on their support.

Once, I encountered a problem connecting the WhatsApp API to their platform. Even though I was quite anxious since it was affecting customer conversations, their tech support team guided me from start to finish. We managed to resolve the issue within 3 hours, thanks to their quick and thorough assistance.

Akhila, in particular, has been outstanding. She not only understands my concerns but also takes the time to do research and suggest best practices, ensuring that my issues are resolved effectively. I truly value the dedication and care she puts into her work.

What do you dislike about respond.io?

The platform is user-friendly and efficient, but there are a few features I wish could be added. For example, having an "Unread" button to mark messages as unread or filter conversations based on unread messages would be really helpful for staying organized. Additionally, allowing agents to be assigned to multiple teams would improve flexibility. What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Free WhatsApp Business platform has several limitations, particularly in tracking the quality and quantity of incoming messages on a daily basis. I often found it hard to get a clear picture of how many messages we received each day.

With respond.io, however, I can easily track the exact number of daily conversations without any hassle. It also removes the limitation on the number of users, allowing us to add as many team members as we need. One of the biggest benefits is the reporting feature, which provides key metrics at a glance—no more manual tracking!

Additionally, I can monitor agents' responses easily, ensuring quality across the board. The automation tools have been a game-changer, reducing manual tasks for my team. What do you like best about respond.io?

Respond.io is a very simplistic yet moderately well crafted piece of software which our business uses as a spearhead to aid our clients on a daily basis. There are a lot of things to like about respond however the only big downside with being the app not having a native dark mode built in and due to this I have resorted to using 3rd party dark mode applications which in turned has caused me a considerable amount of pain, however apart from that oversight each feature is good as it is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about respond.io?

The ease of use is fantastic. Now, our entire team can view and respond to WhatsApp messages, ensuring that our clients are always taken care of. There's no more missed or unanswered messages, and our clients are happier than ever.

Most of our customers use WhatsApp, and it’s reached a point where even business users prefer chatting on WhatsApp over sending emails. We needed a solution that would allow our entire team to access the inbox and respond to messages.

What do you like best about respond.io?

There product is amazing, because they have a deep focus! Excellent robuust and easy to use Core features with an amazing API! Furthermore very good documentation, so fully self service.

And than, if you do overlook some settings, there support is truly amazing: Very knowledgeable and respond super fast. Implementation with their automated wizzards and help texts are really a breeze.
