The Workflows u can use in respond.io are very easy to learn and handle. With them u can create nice Workflows that have a big effect on ur company.
The Customer Support ist very good and fast - what was very good when I started with respond.io and firstly had issues with my workflows.
Intergration with Zapier is perfectly for our company. Also the Dashboard and App, what we use daily, for Chats to respond to customer very fast and connect with the right Employee is one of our favorite arguments for this Software.

The only thing that I disliked firstly in respondio, was that u cant delete steps, where under it are steps, so u have to do everything under new. But they gave me a workaround for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Discovering all the options Respond.io offers was truly exciting. Initially, I was apprehensive about whether this platform would suit our needs, but after conducting tests (which they kindly extended for a few more days), I uncovered its immense potential and possibilities.
What stood out the most was how fluid and intuitive the workflow section is for configuring chatbots. It made the setup process not only manageable but also enjoyable. The platform's other tools, such as the Inbox, Contacts, Broadcasts, and the Reports Dashboard, have significantly improved how we manage our contacts and clients.

It’s not something I dislike per se, but rather an issue I’ve noticed, which might also be related to a configuration I haven’t fully mastered yet. The issue occurs when I’m in a conversation with a customer who is currently in a workflow. If I stop the workflow to attend to the customer personally, the next message in the workflow is sent before the flow fully halts.
As I mentioned, this could be a Respond.io bug or simply something in my workflow configuration that I haven’t pinpointed or adjusted correctly. Either way, it’s more of an improvement opportunity than a major flaw. My team and I have noticed this, but overall, it doesn’t detract from our positive experience with the platform. Their pricing model is based on Monthly Active Contacts, which is ideal since we often deal with different customers each month, and it’s reassuring to know we’re only charged for active interactions rather than database storage.
I really appreciate that we can reach out to their entire team through just one WhatsApp number. Whether it's the Sales Executive Darshanth, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) Akhila, or their tech support, they are always incredibly helpful when I face any issues. Their response time is excellent, usually within 24 hours.
During the trial period, Darshanth was always reachable and consistently followed up to check if I encountered any difficulties. His proactive approach made the trial experience smooth and reassured me that I could rely on their support.
Once, I encountered a problem connecting the WhatsApp API to their platform. Even though I was quite anxious since it was affecting customer conversations, their tech support team guided me from start to finish. We managed to resolve the issue within 3 hours, thanks to their quick and thorough assistance.

The platform is user-friendly and efficient, but there are a few features I wish could be added. For example, having an "Unread" button to mark messages as unread or filter conversations based on unread messages would be really helpful for staying organized. Additionally, allowing agents to be assigned to multiple teams would improve flexibility.
