**What do you like best about respond.io?**

The best part is that I can manage all my chats—like WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc.—in one place. respond.io brings everything into a shared inbox, so our team can reply to customers from a single dashboard. It also helps even someone with minimal grammar skills respond more professionally by using AI assist. Pricing is minimal compaired to other platforms and the support team is very prompt in helping setting up. and the perfomance is the best in terms of speed and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

It’s not exactly plug-and-play, but the support helps us make it easy to use. Building advanced flows takes time and effort. The 24-hour window comes from Meta, but it still affects the user experience. Compared to other tools, the integration is easy.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

respond.io addresses the challenge of scattered customer communication and slow response times by centralizing all channels in one place, automating conversations, and integrating with your CRM. This helps businesses reply faster, convert more leads, and scale efficiently as they grow. mainly me as a manager i can monitor all the charts and assign the chats to the specific person and if one person is busy other can reply.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

Overall, the experience has been smooth. It includes all the basic features we need, and the functions and tools are well organized and easy to find. The filters are especially helpful, with many different contact properties and support for complex “and” and “or” operators. Good performance on mobile app and laptop. There are options to integrate with other tools that we use. The support is the best thing I like about Respond.io. Earlier, I used WATI and completely disappointed.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

On the Basic plan, there are no workflow, API, or webhook features. The higher plans do support these, but the pricing then changes depending on the number of contacts.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get leads via WhatsApp, and it is very difficult to manage those leads in regular WhatsApp. Respond.io helps us manage leads using the WhatsApp API.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

I’ve had a great experience with Respond.io. The platform offers a very seamless experience for both our team and our customers. One of the standout features is the AI Agent configuration; it provides 24/7 support and accurately identifies customer needs to route them to the right department. The workflow automation is also incredibly robust. For our company, the best part is how easily it connects with our CRM, allowing for a bidirectional data flow that keeps everything perfectly in sync.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

While the platform is very comprehensive, one minor drawback is that several features are still clearly under development. Although the core tools are solid, there are some options that aren't fully available yet. However, it’s clear the platform is evolving, and the existing features already provide a lot of value

What I appreciate most is their support team. We recently ran into some issues with how conversations were being closed, but the support team quickly provided a workaround that worked perfectly for us. They’ve also helped us implement new tools for our AI Agents, which has been a huge boost for our team's efficiency."

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

Respond.io has all your emails and WhatsApp messaged in one place. Clients can use both platforms and because of that there is no more searching for the correct response from different platforms, which makes it so user friendly. Another great addition is that you have easy access to the clients details from Respond.io, which makes cross referencing easy. 
Respond.io has a very responsive customer support system in place, they assisted me with prompt response when there was a brief issue with email syncing. 
I personally use respond.io on a daily basis, cannot use normal email anymore, I am too spoilt with respond.io! Easy to use platform, no hassle wit implementing new clients on the system.  
Would highly recommend respond.io for day to day customer support and communications in any business!

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

One addition that would really improve respond.io is the ability to send WhatsApp messages directly to clients without having to send a template first. Right now, I can only reply to a WhatsApp message within 24 hours of receiving it, which feels limiting. An integration like this would be incredible and would make it much easier to reach out when needed.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not currently aware of any new updates to the respond.io system. However, I can say that their customer support helped me promptly when my emails weren’t syncing.

Regarding sending WhatsApp messages outside the 24-hour window, that requirement comes from WhatsApp/Meta’s messaging policy. Businesses need to use an approved template message to reopen the conversation after that period. We understand it can feel limiting at times.

We’ve been using Respond for a couple of years, and it has helped us save a lot of money. Even better, it has boosted our productivity by making it easier to manage everything in one multichannel tool. We use to have 60 people receiving phone calls and we change that for a more efficient decentralized group of people using Respond

Scaling from 25 users to 26 it changes the pricing a lot

We can have less people servicing more people simultaneously, it is cheaper than receiving phone calls. Conversations are saved in text for future follow up, integration with different channels is easy

The best thing about respond.io is how easy it is to use, and the instant responses we get from our customers. It lets us send updates and receive real-time replies from all of our clients in one place. It creates a customer support system that’s simple to maintain, and the implementation is also really quick. We’ve also managed to integrate it with the rest of our system with ease.

Not much to add, to be honest. I just wish the other systems/CRMs we use were all this good.

We had real issues communicating quick with our clients on deals and issues they were facing. respond.io allows us to have instant access to all of our clients of a number of different matters. Our clients also have instant access to us to report any issues they are having.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

The respond.io support team has been very reliable, there is always a response whenever support is requested. Their onboarding team, especially Victoria, did a great job by patiently guiding me through the process.

Most importantly, help is readily available when needed. This is especially important in today’s AI-driven environment; having human support behind the AI makes a real difference when issues cannot be resolved automatically.

Overall, it is reassuring to know that there is always a human team available to support customers when it matters most.

I can see the team effort in adding new features every now and then which is great. Shows that the company and team are putting in effort to refine and upgrade.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

1) It would be helpful to continue onboarding support beyond the initial setup — for example, having at least two follow-up sessions, scheduled once every six months. This would allow users to refresh their knowledge, stay engaged, and learn about new features or updates they may not have discovered yet.

Regular touchpoints like these would add strong value and help users maximise the platform’s capabilities over time.

2) It would also be helpful to have clear button options, such as “AI Take Over Now” or “AI Take Over Later”.

For example, after I’ve just finished chatting with a customer, I may want to assign the AI to handle future follow-ups — not immediately. Currently, the AI may respond again right after my last message, which can confuse customers who think they are still speaking to a human.

Having a simple, manual control or confirmation button would give users better clarity and control over when the AI should step in, resulting in a smoother and less confusing customer experience.

3) The knowledge source still not stable in pulling in information for the AI agents.

4) Please keep the platform simple, intuitive, and easy to use as you continue upgrading. Aim for the Steve Jobs / iPhone philosophy — if a child can understand and use it, adoption will naturally increase.

Avoid making the interface overly complex like Google Ads, which often feels built only for programmers. Likewise, Facebook Ads can feel cluttered and lacking clear direction. Simplicity, clarity, and guided flows will greatly improve user experience and engagement.

Spare a thought for end users, many are not programmers, we can't understand if it's too complicated.

The takeover button is really helpful, otherwise we can't beat their speed when we don't need them to takeover. lolz.. But as mentioned, it will be great if they can upgrade the takeover now or takeover later.

We are really satisfied with respond.io’s implementation of the WhatsApp Business API. The team is always available to help with setting up chatflows and implementing the CAPI. The CAPI integration has helped us improve the performance of our Meta campaigns, increase lead quality, and, as a result, improve our conversion rate.

The pricing is slightly higher compared to some other platforms. However, when we consider advanced features such as CAPI integration, WhatsApp calling, and call recording, the investment becomes justifiable and cost-effective.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

I like that respond.io allows me to communicate with my clients or potential clients through different channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and email, all centralized in one inbox. This facilitates communication and CRM-type control, allowing for more organized management without having to open different applications. What I like the most is that it is easy to use, it doesn't complicate you with technical things or API conditions. Moreover, the initial setup was super easy, in less than a day we had everything ready to answer our clients' frequently asked questions. It is undoubtedly the best tool there is.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

Well, I think that maybe the app sometimes doesn't notify, but I have solved it with some automations that are integrated with it, so, more than anything, the app could be improved just a little bit, but apart from that, everything works quite well.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use respond.io to centralize communication with clients through multiple channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, making it an effective CRM solution. I like it because it is easy to use and does not require advanced technical knowledge. Although the notification could improve, the automations help. It is easy to integrate using its API and I consider it better than WATI. Its initial setup is quick and I would recommend the tool with a score of 10 out of 10.

Respond.io stands out as a serious omnichannel platform rather than a simple chat inbox. What I like most is how flexible and structured it is for building real business workflows across WhatsApp and other messaging channels.

The workflow automation is powerful enough to handle lead qualification, routing, follow-ups, escalation rules, and handover between AI and human agents without breaking. This makes it suitable for complex setups such as multi-outlet businesses, agencies, and teams with strict SOPs.

Integrations are another major strength. Respond.io works very well with external CRMs, booking tools, webhooks, and automation platforms, allowing us to design end-to-end systems instead of disconnected tools. Once set up properly, it is very reliable and scalable.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

There is a learning curve, especially for teams that are new to automation or system-based thinking. Respond.io is not a plug-and-play tool, and users who expect instant results without proper setup may struggle initially.

Because the platform evolves quickly, teams need to keep their internal documentation and SOPs updated. Without this discipline, it is easy for less experienced users to misconfigure workflows or overcomplicate things.

Pricing can feel high for small businesses if they are not fully utilising automation, integrations, or multi-agent features. The value becomes clear only when the platform is used properly.

the software looks good but as soon as something messes up, their own support is ironically very poor. Their channel feature created HUGE problems for us and our client, and when trying to rectify the problem they essentially left me to it.

The system looked good on the face of it, seemed to work well for a short period of time and then we suddenly had problems with one of the channels, this cause huge problems for my clients business and put a huge strain on mine and my clients relationship. When trying to rectify the problem, the support essentially left me to figure it out for myself, had no urgency whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

What I really like best might be completely different from what most might like best, but I really like the calls. They are clear and fast and there is nothing more frustrating than to have to ask someone to repeat what they are saying due to a bad line. The quality of the calls are very impressive, and I can have all the details of a company saved in one safe place, and call without repeating myself. I really like it. And after today I really like the support team, really fast to assist, immediately replied to all of my questions, and in a very professional but polite manner.

The downside to me personally is something that should in reality be a great tool, and that is that people who have administration rights can set individual access, so every single person can have access to certain or all work, but at the same time it can be set so precisely that others do not get to access any work at all. I have noticed it happens on all platforms and programs. But that is so far the only think I can think of that I dislike.

We used to rely on WhatsApp Business as our main communication channel with clients, but we often lost many sales opportunities. Since we started using Respond.io, thanks to the platform's structured organization, managing leads has become much simpler and more efficient. The "AI Resume" feature has been a real lifesaver for all our agents, and it is definitely  my favorite function (along with the option to leave notes for any member of our sales time). Additionally, the wide variety of tags available is extremely useful. It simply makes everything more organized, clear, and easier for agents to handle. 
We use respond.io as an omnichanel for our sales, integrating WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. And because of this, we use it DAILY. Literally, all of our sales are closed through Respond.io!
The implementation was quick, easy and we didn't need much customer support. But whenever we need it, they're always so quick to reply and help us.

One of the challenges we've faced is the difficulty of searching for specific contacts. Sometimes we need to use filters to make it work and, even then, the contacts don't always appear as expected. It can be a bit tedious to find a particular contact, although the directories have really helped us overcome this issue. This is the only drawback I see with Respond.io, the internal contact search engine. If improvements are done to make this easier, it would be a life saver!

One of the main issues Respond.io has helped us solve is losing track of our leads. Thanks to the use of tags and the ability to manage each client's lifecycle, we now have a much clearer and more organized process.

I love how easy it is to use. Before, we had messages coming in from WhatsApp, Facebook,Instagram, Website, and email, and we had to keep switching between screens. Now, everything is in one place and easy to implement. It took us almost no time to learn the platform, which is a huge win.

Plus, knowing they are a direct partner with WhatsApp gives me peace of mind. WhatsApp is crucial for our business, and knowing that connection is rock-solid and official means we don't have to worry about weird technical issues. It just works, it’s simple to connect new apps, and it makes handling customer chats so much faster. We use every day.

nothing, even the support channel is incredibly good, also in Spanish.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Unified conversations: Now we can see all our conversations in a single view

-Easy connection for channels, especially WhatsApp. Before, that was a really difficult task. Now, with Respond.io, we can connect  easily and solve any issue directly with Support.

-Conversion API with Meta (also with TikTok we are only using the one for Meta): Now we can know the announcement where the  conversation starts and apply Conversion API (CAPI) to improve the audience.

It feels lightweight. No clunky messaging or slow reaction. The fact that is has constant updates is what keeps it useful. Being in costumer support its nice that an app lets you contact your costumers quick and easy without any fuss. I use it frequently, as is my job, and couldn't be happier with the app.

Only downside I´ve noticed is how sometimes the calling via whats app just cuts off after a certain time.

It pretty much solves being able to contact customers on a daily basis. Without the waiting time for us and having to let other customers wait to be helped.

I highlight how easy it is to find chats, add them, edit them, or block them. The interface is very versatile and easy to use, which greatly enhances the experience. Additionally, I value the implementations it offers for businesses, as they expand its usage possibilities. It also emphasizes the good attention from the customer support department, for technical issues or questions regarding functionality, as well as the intuitive nature of the interface, making it impossible not to understand even for newcomers. I use it every day at work, for more than 8 hours, and the integration is quite correct and easy.

The only thing that doesn't convince me is that, on occasions, some messages don't get sent. However, this happens in very isolated cases, maybe one in a hundred. In the end, it's impossible to create something that never fails.

It is a very comprehensive tool, it allows you to connect multiple channels in one place and speeds up response processes in IT and commercial teams. Its technology is another reason why I prefer Respond.io

I don't like their prices, the messaging market in Latin America tends to be mostly plagued by curious and less qualified prospects for message sales. In the long run, the costs overshadow the advantages of the application, and companies end up rejecting it for less technological, more economical, and profitable applications in the long term. This is not an assumption, it already happened to me with a client I had. It is an excellent tool, but the long-term costs make it unfeasible for companies that are in the phase of scaling their business.
