If you manage an affiliate program in-house for a company that has super strict security requirements, you'll need to pay a premium in order to get the security features necessary to connect Respona with your email account for those automated campaigns. The dashboard. It provides me with all the information I need - how everyone is performing, and so on. Every campaign is easily trackable with the number of opportunities, open rates and reply rates. You can even A/B test pitches and find what works pretty quickly. Then, there's the shared Inbox and Relationships tab - here I can get a birds-eye view of everyone's opportunities, and how well they are handling them. Even though the contact search automation is pretty good, it could always improve. In rare cases, Respona coudn't find an email when a different tool could. What I like most about Respona is just how easy everything is to do. So, for example, I import a list of prospects, start the contact automation, and come back an hour or two later and just launch the campaign. Completely effortless - in contrast to how we used to do things before Respona, stringing 10 different solutions together and wasting a bunch of time as a result. Respona saves us that time, allowing us to send more campaigns in the same time frame, and get more backlinks as a result. Oh, and I don't even need to open my actual emails to respond to prospects, Respona pulls everything in its shared inbox, so even with my 5 sender emails, I can answer everything in one place. The real-time email verification and automated email sequences are lifesavers, curbing the time I spend on mindless tasks. Prior to Respona, I would manually verify all my contacts, but now I get it all done without lifting a finger. Also, the AI article summarizer. I only do link building, and the summarizer pulls a bunch of points I can mention in the pitch, making it look like I actually read the article. Because of this, my reply rates are a lot higher than they used to be when I would mass blast and save time on personalization. I'm fond of Respona's shared workspace feature - it's fantastic for collective brainstorming, especially when you're part of a large team like me. With everyone having access to the same campaigns, insights, templates, contacts, and the unsubscribe list, it's really easy to see what's going on. Also, for example, I can start a campaign, launch a few opportunities, and my colleagues can pick up where I left of with no hassle - very handy. However, I feel there's scope for improvement in the SEO metrics. A more in-depth and detailed report would be nice. Right now, you have your basic domain authority, traffic, and spam score (which is enough for link building), but a little bit more depth would be appreciated. Having unlimited users, a shared workspace, and a common contact database is a godsend for our full-remote team. Especially the safety filters that automatically weed out any contacts that are either already being reached out to in another campaign, or have recently been contacted. This completely eliminates any overlap (which used to be a huge issue that we tried to mend with spreadsheets before) and allows us to find new prospects effectively. The automatic google scraper could use some work. Sometimes it finds irrelevant results so I have to manually double-check them to make sure I'm only reaching out to who I want to reach out. What I like best about Respona is its contact finder with various databases, which provide accurate contacts. Its workflow is also sleek and user-friendly, making communication tracking so much easier with automated follow-ups. When we were using another approach, I would often be stuck manually finding contact information, and Respona completely eliminates the need for that. It significantly makes finding prospects easier with its content search engine, SEO metrics and real-time email verification. The easy access to company employee makes it more precise and reduces the chance of any misplaced emails. So, for example, we're doing link building and only looking for content managers, SEOs, other link builders - things of that nature. With Respona, you can just tell the tool to look for these exact employees, and it will.
