The customer success team and support was there to guide us, train the teams and answer all of our questions. The platform was adopted easily by all our team members and the stakeholders are very pleased with the results that we are seeing in our everyday job: our costs are going down, the time spent on admin tasks as well (everything is centralised) and we have been able to increase our recycling rates on our most important waste fractions. **What do you dislike about Resourcify?** Nothing so far. We all hope that the level of support can be maintained as Resourcify grows but we are confident that we are in good hands with our support and customer success managers. **What problems is Resourcify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our waste and recycling management was scattered: different locations, managers, ways of doing things and storing data. This led to inefficiencies and lack of oversight which we have been able to solve with Resourcify. We now have one platform, which everyone is using, from waste managers to sustainability officers, and everyone across the organisation has access to the same information and reports. ### 2. The platform is what the stakeholders in our company needed. The waste managers are more efficient handling their daily tasks and can finally have a full overview of the costs, the income from our recycling programs as well as the partners that we work with. The sustainability department is now able to look at waste and include this in their sustainability reports and strategies, which they weren't able to do before. **What do you dislike about Resourcify?** Nothing to dislike. From the demo, to the signing of our contract all the way to the onboarding, the team at Resourcify has been extremely supportive and helpful. Being users for a few years now, whenever we have questions, we have a top customer success manager helping us all the way. **What problems is Resourcify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had many issues before using Resourcify but the main one was the fact that we had too many processes lying with different teams and there was no coordination or sync. This switched when we started with the platform as all of our users are now using the same tool and all data, waste handling, reports and partners are regrouped in a central place. ### 3. By recycling more, we are not only making a bigger contribution to our company's sustainability strategy but also benefiting from reselling our recyclables. **What do you dislike about Resourcify?** We have been satisfied with Resourcify so far and are very much looking to the rollout of new features which we are sure will help us even more. **What problems is Resourcify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially we came from a place of managing our waste and recycling with spreasheets and various software, each process doing a separate job. It was impossible to have a comprehensive understanding of our contracts with recyclers, of our incurred costs and there was close to no reporting. We have now changed this completely. ### 4. We finally have a tool that provides us transparency and centralised data which we were lacking before. **What do you dislike about Resourcify?** So far, all stakeholders using the platform are satisfied. **What problems is Resourcify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were lacking transparency over our waste and recycling processes and had to deal with scattered data. Resourcify helped us solve this huge issue for us and with the reporting functionalities, we have been able to conduct in depth analysis of our processes and therefore implement beneficial changes that are improving our sustainability strategy. ### 5. It's a great platform! **What do you dislike about Resourcify?** I can't think of anything that I don't like about their platform. So far everything works well for us! **What problems is Resourcify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are managing our tasks more efficiently. This frees up time for us to focus on other tasks. A big plus is that we now have access to centralized data and reporting functionalities that give us a great overview of our processes. ### 6.
