The biggest thing I dislike about this program is how updates into the spreadsheet do not automatically save. I have had people update the sheets and assume it would save since it is done online, and then get back to see that all of their work has disappeared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't come up with a dislike. I can adapt the sheet to be whatever I need it to be. I can add or subtract columns; I can choose what and how those columns are filled; I can choose what to do with my sheet, so, in all honesty, I do not have anything I dislike. I like that RM automatically saves my time when I document it throughout the day, without erasing. It is easy to make updates. Trying to navigate the system to find the timesheet portion is difficult. Smartsheet allows for a list of customizable workspaces, projects and services. Each selection will take you to a different Smartsheet, similar to an excel file. Finding the right project/service may be easier to find depending on how it is set up by the user. I wish the menu on the left would list the spreadsheets needed daily. There is a section for recent files, but I do not see the most recent smartsheet I have used. The best part is the control you have with the project within SmartSheet. You are controlling the resources within the sheet. We use O365 to connect to or AD and also exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
