I dislike that there is no option to select jury duty when marking time off in Resource Guru. Additionally, when scheduling a class, it doesn't show as a full day, but instead displays as 0.9 of a day, which complicates reporting. It would be more convenient to have an option to schedule the 'day' regardless of the exact hours, supporting full-day or half-day settings, since differences in scheduling hours (like 7 hours versus 8 hours) cause issues when running reports. I find it problematic that some features are tied to specific packages, leading to a lack of customization that would be beneficial. For instance, the required presence of a 'billable' column or 'project code' field in the projects and clients area is unnecessary for my workflow, as none of my work is billable and we don't use project codes.
