I manage a medium-sized team, and Resource Guru helps me manage the team’s tasks and gives me visibility of their capacity. It’s also a good record of who did what. The detail in the booking functionality allows me to review who worked on what project and when. The initial setup was pretty straightforward as far as I recall.
