I manage a medium-sized team, and Resource Guru helps me manage the team’s tasks and gives me visibility of their capacity. It’s also a good record of who did what. The detail in the booking functionality allows me to review who worked on what project and when. The initial setup was pretty straightforward as far as I recall. Having different views that let me see a week schedule or a month schedule at a glance is extremely handy for planning. I just wish there were more colours available for coding things. My business has a lot of clients, and there aren’t enough colours to assign each one separately.
