The platform handles reservations, front desk operations, housekeeping, guest relations, point of sale, reporting, finance, accounting, and inventory control. Automated processes help reduce workforce requirements while maintaining operational efficiency. Two editions are available: the full system and Resort Manager Lite for properties needing minimal functionality. The software supports mixed inventory types such as rooms, bungalows, and villas, accommodating various property configurations. Some properties have used the system for over 16 years. Additional services include infrastructure design, installation, and help desk support. Infrastructure design focuses on optimizing network systems. Support is provided from Asia-Pacific locations 24/7 for operation issues.
