Resorsi is a nearshore staffing and recruiting company. We help US businesses hire pre-vetted professionals from Latin America. Who we serve: US companies that need one skilled person or a whole team. Roles we place: administrative staff and executive assistants, assistant property managers, customer support agents, sales teams, Salesforce developers and other technical specialists, web designers, video editors, digital managers, and associate attorneys. Where our talent is from: 15+ countries across Latin America. Our people work US business hours and communicate in English. How it works: we learn the role, source and screen candidates, and present a shortlist. You interview and choose who to hire. Most hires start in under two weeks. We can handle payroll, contracts, and compliance, so you do not need to set up a company abroad. Results so far: 500+ hires placed for 50+ businesses, 85% retention, and 98% client satisfaction. Clients save about 60% compared with a local hire.
