Venues take bookings online and by phone with no per-cover fees, manage tables on a live floor plan and timeline, run a waitlist, and protect themselves from no-shows with deposits and card holds. ResoFlow also gives venues their own website, gift cards, a loyalty scheme, order and pay at the table, ticketed events, staff rotas with clock-in and timesheets, guest records and email marketing, and clear reports on bookings and takings, all in one place instead of five separate tools. Rezo, ResoFlow’s built-in assistant, answers questions and helps with set-up at any time, with a real person behind it. Built in Scotland for UK hospitality, with a free plan to start and simple monthly plans as a venue grows.
