What do you like best?

The ease of training the onsite team. As a program that was built from the ground up with the majority of the end users in mind it is intuitive and easy to train. With this the team is up to speed much quicker and is productive taking care of the residents and prospects quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

For the Senior Leadership there needs to be some more global reporting. I know that the ResMan team is proactively asking for feedback and making these happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For all software I focus on the majority of the users (site team) more than the home office. While the home office is vital, the ease of use for the majority should always win. If you doubt that it is popular just log in to some of the Apartment groups on Linkedin or Facebook and look at the software recommendations. The site teams like Yardi or RealPage but LOVE ResMan. What do you like best?

Is easy to use, most of the time is not neccesary to look a tutorial about how to use, also you can easily find the invoices in the portal. The good thing about Resman is the fast answer from the support and that you can get reports with the general accounting for property, one or more properties or you can use the GL number to get it. What do you dislike?

Sometimes get slow or doesnt work correctly, you have to wait a long time to save the changes. There is other error about the balances because sometimes resman delete them and if someone else want to check the balance is in 0. Some weeks ago we have an error with the properties, when you tried to change to a different property Resman returned the page to an especific property, if you dont realized about it, you enter transactions wrongly. Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are going to use Resman for Purchase Orders, you have to only approved the POs that have a document to proceed with the register in the platform, also, as a tip in the reconciliation, you can show the future transactions choosing the chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is very user friendly and the reports provided are very detailed. The links are easy to help collegues understand invoices faster. The charts it provides help keep track of late payments and our company can take clear desitions for future plans. When there is an outage they inform users and have fixed them in under 24hrs. It has kept my team communicated during this Corona virus crisis. We´ve been able to keep working form home. Our business is in order and we can continue having the organization up and running. What do you dislike?

Lately it´s become slow and buffers too much. Sometimes our other users don´t upload the format necessary and we cannot see the files attached without downloading them. The new invoice format that keeps all the windows open for change instead of having to unapprove the invoice has caused confusions by finger errors. When the residents conversations keep popping up as text bubbles, but you can disable them. Just that every now and then they pop back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Resman is a great platform to keep your business organized and everything within reach. It creates simple routines that make the job easier. Invoice organization and payments. It has been very beneficial in keeping track with our payments and having our properties organized. In the case of doing Purchase orders it helps keep everything categorized with GL´s that complement our needs as much as our clients. What do you like best?

The most enjoyable feature of ResMan is their customer service. The software is very user friendly and the staff is always able to figure out errors in a timely matter. Articles are provided for further instructions on how to solve something on your own. They also provide a very helpful customer service chat room that has great people working on fixing your issues and answering any questions your have about the software. What do you dislike?

ResMan could improve the software maintenance. Sometime the system takes too long to refresh but it doesn't happen very often. Besides that, everything is actually great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking for a new updated software that is user friendly throughout multiple levels of your organization, ResMan is just that software! Their customer service is always very helpful and anything that is not resolved over the chat is sent to an upper manager that will get back to you within 24-hours. What do you like best?

To start, I would have to say that I LOVE the easy, user-friendly navigation. Many of the options and system displays are very easy to work through. I am a huge fan of the texting option through Res Man and the customization/integration services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I do dislike some of the quirky features that happen when you have a renewal. Many of our team members often click the begin lease button, force placing a renewal because it misleads them. Also, it would be helpful to mass edit a ledger. For example, a property with a daily late fee that may have been assessed on accident takes a huge amount of time to individually reverse each transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are seeking to find a property management software that actually works with the property manager, this is your software. It is user friendly, fast, quickly accessible and honestly, it just makes sense. So many other softwares do not have the on site professional in mind, only the owner. What do you like best?

What I like best about Resman is that you have everything in the same place. You can create different reports based on your needs and also use reports that already exist without having to do extra work. I also like that you can upload files. This helps have more control and not losing any documents. It also helps that everyone in the company has access to it so everyone has the same information. Also, I like that you can use a chat inside resman. Lastly, the boardroom section really helps to have an overall look at the property or whatever you are using Resman for. What do you dislike?

I do not like when for some reason it gets really slow and you can´t upload documents or load some reports. Also, there have been technical issues with the server that affect the performance and make using Resman a little bit tedious. But I think this does not happen often so overall there are not many things I do not like about Resman. I would like to suggest an improvement in the reports sections. It is quite difficult to create custom reports, it would be helpful if it is more friendly or if you can have chat assitance with someone worling on resman. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great platform for accounting and finance.You can watch tutorials available directly in Resman to help you understand it better and make the most of all the reports and features it has. We manage properties using different features, like reports (ap aging summary, twelve month profit and loss, budget variance), uploading invoices, using bank accounts, purchase orders, etc. This helps us to manage each property better and have more control. What do you like best?

ResMan is easy to navigate, and all of the links are clearly labeled. All of the choices for the many reports you can run are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transfers could be easier, and right now we are unable to accept online applications because everything isn't linked yet to our lease and application software. I have used Yardi, Onesite, and Rent manager at past properties, and so far my favorite has been Onesite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Resman has an elegance to it that brings forth a sense of ease and bliss when using it. I have honestly used everything from OneSite, to Yardi, and now Resman, and every time I would choose Resman. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

User friendly interface! Not too many issues or loading times. Much better than Yardi will probably ever be but there is no need to integrate other traffic sources into resman. It does it easily enough by itself and products like Knock make it so much more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutley hate integrating software like aptexx, paylease, or knock. to me it just makes the whole experience much more difficult because when one item starts messing up you have to reach out to 2 different support teams to try and figure out what is going on and honestly it gets exhausting when it is happening quite often. Then when you switch integration software's its like lets stop business for an entire because we are trying to figure out how to make this software work four our needs.. As a lower level employee I find it very difficult to do most things as many things are restricted and when we do need support we have to reach out to our corporate office. I have realized if my options were not so highly restricted it would make the whole user experience much more pleasant. As far as the the prospect follow up again I feel it would be much more beneficial to only do it through resman and not a third party because most times it throws the numbers of greatly with having to uncancel and cancel applicants time and time again. I like how user friendly the application are for anyone - You can make no mistakes that cannot be revered. ANd I love how responsive and helpful the IT people are. They also alert us as a company if there is a problem that they are working to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
