I like that we're able to stack our lists and filter them out based on what we want to mail or call at a certain given time. I think the cold calling fee should be done better just because there's no multi-line dialer. We use a smartphone but at the moment, it's not integrated into REsimpli. There are clicking issues. For example, when I click a buyer, it doesn't open immediately. There is latency. Another is when we type in the city, zip, or county-- the system does not show the easiest match. Like typing a zip. 48221. It does not show 48221 immediately. It shows ALL zip codes. I like how easy it is to set up such as the drip campaigns for text and emails. I have used other softwares for my real estate business and this one is by far the easiest to navigate and the support they provide is amazing. It’s easy to send them a message or jump on a zoom call to get everything solved. The team is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really recommend this CRM.
