I particularly appreciated the checklist that comes with short yet detailed explainer videos for each step—it made everything simple to follow and put into practice straight away.

The onboarding call with Jason was fantastic. He took the time to go through everything in depth and adjusted the pace to suit us, which made the experience thorough yet comfortable.

On top of that, the support team has been brilliant. Karen and Dani have been quick to respond whenever we’ve had questions, and their answers have always been clear, detailed, and genuinely helpful.

If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that email integration is currently limited to Gmail accounts, rather than allowing emails linked directly to your company domain. This can make it a bit harder to build immediate trust with new sellers and buyers if you are emailing them from within the system. RESimpli is probably the best crm out there for real estate investors. Its an all in one system from marketing list management system, lead management, call and texting integration, all the way to transactions, its got it all covered. No need for other softwares.
