Integrated electronic document signing is very convenient along with several marketing features that are also integrated. Keeps things in a "one stop stop."

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

I like that we're able to stack our lists and filter them out based on what we want to mail or call at a certain given time. We're able to focus on targeted markets based on the trends we see, and we're able to focus on them and give them our utmost attention as far as calling and mailing.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I think the cold calling fee should be done better just because there's no multi-line dialer. We use a smartphone but at the moment, it's not integrated into REsimpli. We just use it and then save leads into REsimpli after cold calling through the smartphone.

I use REsimpli for organizing tasks, calling leads, scheduling appointments, and enhancing team communication.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

As the owner of Georgia Properties Consultants of Atlanta, I’ve tested many CRMs and tools in the real estate investment space, and RESimpli has stood out above the rest. It’s built specifically with wholesalers and investors in mind, which makes it far more intuitive than generic CRMs.

The biggest wins for us have been:

All-in-One System – From lead tracking, marketing, and task management to KPIs and reporting, everything lives in one place.

Simplicity & Speed – My team can onboard quickly and actually use the system daily without feeling overwhelmed.

Accountability & Tracking – The built-in KPI tools have made it easier to track performance and hold our acquisitions and dispositions agents accountable.

Support – Their team is responsive and truly understands the challenges wholesalers face.

Since implementing RESimpli, we’ve become more organized, efficient, and data-driven. For any wholesale brokerage or investor serious about scaling, I highly recommend it.

The only downside is that some areas aren’t customizable, so you have to adapt to their structure instead of tailoring everything to your exact workflow. But honestly, that’s also part of what makes the system clean and simple.

What has helped me the most is tracking and accountability. The built-in KPI tools make it easy to see exactly how my team is performing, where deals are in the pipeline, and what bottlenecks we need to address. Organized data and tabs. Not messy. Great support team. I love that there is a quick Zoom call available anytime.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

There are clicking issues. For example, when I click a buyer, it doesn't open immediately. There is latency. Another is when we type in the city, zip, or county-- the system does not show the easiest match. Like typing a zip. 48221. It does not show 48221 immediately. It shows ALL zip codes.

Working on the disposition side of real estate, REsimpli is a great all-in-one tool compared to the previous tools that I have used. No glitches - there are latency issues though. I love that it allows you to email, call, or SMS buyers.

I like how easy it is to set up such as the drip campaigns for text and emails. I have used other softwares for my real estate business and this one is by far the easiest to navigate and the support they provide is amazing. It’s easy to send them a message or jump on a zoom call to get everything solved. The team is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really recommend this CRM.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I think the cost is a little on the high end especially the cost per text to send and also the fact that we have to pay for every minute of phone calls, I would like it to be a bit more affordable on that part.

Being able to set up a follow up process and sequence to make sure every lead is followed up in a timely manner. The system has been great at making sure we do not miss leads.

I like the dispo and cash buyers tab in REsimpli. It lets me easily find wholesale buyers and convey the winning information to our transaction coordinator easily. I'm pretty happy with all the features I use it for.

Out of all the CRMs we researched, RESimpli is hands-down the most comprehensive and user-friendly platform for real estate investors and teams. I love that it truly feels like “one platform to rule them all,” bringing together everything we need in one place. What really stands out is how committed RESimpli is to constantly improving their product based on real user feedback—this isn’t a static tool, it’s evolving right alongside the needs of its users.

Integration was absolutely seamless thanks to the incredible onboarding team. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. We needed a lot of support to get our accounts set up, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident every step of the way. A special thank you to Don, Danielle, Jewel, and Jena—it’s team members like them who make RESimpli worth every penny.

On top of that, I’ve been blown away by the Mastermind series and weekly Office Hours. They’ve made it easy to get acclimated and inspired by all the different ways to maximize the platform. Nothing to dislike so far. We would love to see a CMA tool at some point, and at the rate this platform is growing, I don't doubt it will pop up someday soon.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

I have just started my real estate investment journey, but so far my favorite things are the ease of use, integration with other platforms (gmail, calling, web builder, etc.) that saves me money from other services I am currently paying (will be canceling). I also have a sincere appreciation for how helpful every interaction I have had has been. The personalized demo call was great, the help with the number porting was outstanding (and super quick) and my onboarding call was the icing on the cake. I feel like everyone at REsimpli really cares about their customer and making this the best, most intuitive, CRM in the business.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I honestly have not come across any yet, but I am still learning. I do know that texting is limited (which may be more of a legal thing) so I cannot blame REsimpli for those limitations.

**What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I will be using REsimpli as my primary tool. So this solves the multiple services I had in place before (web hosting, zoom phone, and no CRM). Being so new to this, I am sure I will have stumbling blocks, but am confident in the live zoom chat to help me navigate any pain points.

The onboarding process is very clear with the step-by-step checklist, which made it easy to set up my account. I like that ReSimpli combines lead management, phone, texting, and a website all in one platform. It feels designed specifically for real estate investing, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I haven’t had the chance to use all the features yet, so there’s still a bit of a learning curve. The Calendly setup was a little tricky at first, but support helped me resolve it quickly.

ReSimpli is helping me streamline everything into one place leads, calls, texts, and follow-ups. Instead of using separate spreadsheets, phone apps, and email, I can manage all my real estate leads in one CRM. I am having issues with eSign and my clients needing the eSign to be sent twice costing me 2x the amount of credits.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

It is in all inclusive CRM to handle your real estate investing business. You don't need all these external products as they have thought of pretty much everything and I am couldn't be happier and more efficient using their product. Customer support is amazing and answers quickly to help you out with any support issues. Pricing is competitive  and you get a full functionally trial to really understand the capabilities of the product. I would definitely recommend their product.

The only external component I use is privy for comping properties and I wish it had that in there as well.

It is an all inclusive CRM that allows me to work efficiently so i don't need all these external components. Everything the products has allows me make calls, set up drips and campaigns, direct mail, websites, inbox, a financial component, transactions management, you can find buyers for the sellers you have under contract and the list goes on.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

Thanks to Kim Soliman and the ﻿​﻿﻿REsimpli Support, Onboarding, and Integration team for getting me set up with this CRM. Never used a CRM before and it's still a little to get a hang of and probably need more help getting some help. I really love the AI feature they have to offer that are free currently expect the outbound AI Tools, but overall going great so far.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

The downsides are that there is a lot of cost to getting set up with having to buy multiple phone numbers, the minutes are reasonable, but having to a have a phone number for sellers, buyers, dialer, voice AI, really hit my pockets. Another downside was having to wait over 5 days for my onboarding which I was kind of frustrated about because I wanted to hit the ground running, but again I understand the demand and the only limited amount of people that could help. And the other thing would be having no autonomy with the active pipeline, like I have to buy a whole new number to start another campaign something to extra cost that people are on a budget and still like someone like me haven't closed their first deal but I need a CRM to say organized.

I really appreciate the easy communications and being able to schedule appointments with REsimpli. I also like the automated system reminders and customer reminders of calls and appointments. They help make sure nothing gets forgotten or left behind.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I wish there were more email and text templates. There needs to be more basic templates like 'Hey, please give me a call.' or 'Just checking in to see if you are still interested in selling, I'd love to get you a cash offer. Please give me a call as soon as possible.'

I like that REsimpli is easy to use and comprehensive. It combines management, marketing, and sales operations all in one place, which I find very convenient. The user dashboard and portal are very friendly and provide clear visible KPIs. The support has been fantastic, and there have been improvements as I've used the software. Setting it up was very easy.

What is there to dislike. Great product with a great support team to help along the way

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

I like that it's an all in one CRM that doesn't require multiple plug ins and partner vendors to perform the functions I need. I use it every day on either the desktop version or mobile app. I've found it very easy to use after the initial learning curve and I think my VA would say the same since she uses it every day too.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I haven't come across too many downsides after using it for a year. No CRM is perfect, but I tried so many last year before landing on RESimpli. So many of the others were complicated or required too many other components. I like things to be streamlined and all in one place as much as possible. I'm a former software engineer, so I do send in enhancement requests from time to time and the support team is always receptive and helpful.

It helps me and my VA stay organized, while also providing the marketing tools I need to stay in contact with all my leads. I haven't even utilized the direct mail yet but have initiated quite a bit of contact through using skip trace, drips, and AI calls.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

I can't say enough about how great this CRM is. It has the automation, ease of use, and support that is desperately needed in this industry. The owner of the software is heavily involved in user-base and they are constantly making it better. It is truly a user-driven CRM instead of a CRM built upon what the owners think are good ideas.  Lastly, their support is super responsive and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a real estate investing CRM. And if you already have a CRM, they make your integration super easy.

I think the pricing model could be refined. There are some add-ons that I think should be included in the software's subscription price. I've heard this is in the works though ...

Lead management and automation. Making sure leads don't fall through the cracks.

I like how REsimpli is set up and how it consolidates everything we need into one application. It acts like a one-stop shop for emails, texting, and calling. The seller form and the active seller sections are really helpful because they help us organize everything efficiently.

I hope there's a way to contact customer service directly via phone instead of hopping into a meeting or using chat.

REsimpli solves the problem of switching between different apps, allowing us to do everything in one place. It saves us money as we don't need separate apps for texting, calling, or emails, and it organizes everything we do.

Initial setup can be a bit overwhelming. There’s a lot of power in the platform, but that means there’s also a learning curve. It takes some time and intentional setup to get everything dialed in.

Not fully plug-and-play. You can’t just sign up and expect it to magically run your business—you do have to put in some upfront work to get your workflows, automations, and integrations in place.

Some features require tweaking to fit your exact process. It’s built for investors, but depending on your model, a bit of customization may be needed to really make it flow seamlessly.

Resimpli is solving my biggest problem as a real estate investor: staying organized and following up consistently. Before using Resimpli, leads would fall through the cracks, I was juggling multiple tools, and it was hard to keep track of where each deal was in the pipeline.

Now, everything is in one place—lead intake, call tracking, task management, drip campaigns, KPIs, and even direct mail. I can see exactly where each lead came from, what conversations we've had, and what the next step is. That level of organization has directly led to more deals getting closed.

I like the ability to reach out to customer support, whether it's live chat or email. In my recent experience I needed Neacy to take a look at my account, because I wasn't able to dial out. I'm not sure if it was tech update on you're end or just a cookie error on my end. However, Neacy was able to log into my account and create a test lead, while uploading a video to me to show that she was able to make out going calls. I appreciate her quick and prompt service.

As I am still familiarizing myself with REsimpli, there isn't anything I dislike at this time. I know there are a lot of tools at our exposure on there and that is a good thing. I am just in the process of narrowing down what tools work best for my partner and I to be successful.

They make it a smooth transition to find/add leads, so that I can reach out to multiple contacts at once to grow my portfolio. The call recording feature is a total game changer — being able to listen back to every conversation in one place has helped me sharpen my sales process and train more effectively. The CRM itself is clean and easy to use, and the support team has been awesome, especially when helping me get my phone numbers registered. I run my wholesaling business through REsimpli and it keeps everything organized — from leads, to call tracking, to follow-ups.

The calling minutes can get expensive pretty fast — I’m spending $20–$30 per week just on calls. I’d love to see the cost come down a bit, especially since I rely so heavily on the phone system and recordings. I haven’t used the more advanced automations yet, but overall it’s been worth the investment.

REsimpli can improve with simple things that I would like to change (like the tabs across the columns) that I am not sure if it can be changed; however, I have to reach out to support to ask for help regarding this.

Well before the late responses—that's one of the things that I hate or dislike about—but after talking to Anthony, whom I know from past few years, he mentioned that he is changing everything to be better.

Looks like the people who are responding to tickets are more faster now, and they just don't tell us; they will go ahead and check with a back end, but they're doing their best, and that's a good thing.

The first one is the calling leads that are actually not in the CRM. Mel assists with that and it's now working. 

Also merging duplicate entries in the buyers list—and it's almost done.

We recently moved our CRM over to REsimpli, and the transition has been excellent. The platform itself is incredibly easy to use, with a well-structured onboarding process. I particularly appreciated the checklist that comes with short yet detailed explainer videos for each step—it made everything simple to follow and put into practice straight away.

The onboarding call with Jason was fantastic. He took the time to go through everything in depth and adjusted the pace to suit us, which made the experience thorough yet comfortable.

On top of that, the support team has been brilliant. Karen and Dani have been quick to respond whenever we’ve had questions, and their answers have always been clear, detailed, and genuinely helpful.

Overall, the combination of ease of use, thoughtful onboarding, and outstanding support has made moving to REsimpli a smooth and positive experience.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that email integration is currently limited to Gmail accounts, rather than allowing emails linked directly to your company domain. This can make it a bit harder to build immediate trust with new sellers and buyers if you are emailing them from within the system. That said, aside from this limitation, we are completely in love with REsimpli and everything it offers.

REsimpli has solved the problem of scattered information by bringing everything together on one page. We can now see contact details, property information, communications, notes, and even call recordings all within a single page. This alone saves us a huge amount of time compared to switching between different areas in our previous CRM.

Another major benefit is the ability to connect our lead campaigns directly into REsimpli. The dashboard automatically updates with all the relevant data, right down to cost per lead, which gives us clear visibility and helps us make smarter decisions faster.

I would say they need to have the "WARM LEADS" in a better spot. It is hard to work them in with the uncontacted and contacted leads. You have to go specifically to them which I don't like.
