**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

So far I like the comprehensive UI and integrations that that make the workflow much easier.  The additional of the AI to handle some of the simple tasks to help qualify leads is also a plus.  The performance is overall good; however, I have noticed some issues where some data does not completely load and I have to refresh the page to see the leads I want.  Lastly, the support and onboarding has been great.  They have answered all my questions so far.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I would say the number one con will be the pricing especially if you're starting out and haven't built up the cash reserves to cover the price constantly.  However, I think the ROI will out weight the con of the price in the long run.

**What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main business problem REsimpli is solving for me to begin with is the follow up process.  Being soloperruer and having to wear multiple hats at the same time moment, following up with each lead can some time get overlooked.  With the platform and having the drip campaigns allows for me to strategically follow up and stay in contact with each lead while working others.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

I use REsimpli for my real estate acquisition business because it provides an all-inclusive CRM that meets every need of my business. I love the direct mailers and the app, especially when I'm driving for dollars. I can use the app to send a direct mailer to a location instantly when I spot a potential property. This is valuable because time is money. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the team at REsimpli who made it simple and stayed in contact with me.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I currently don't have any dislikes with the REsimpli CRM.

REsimpli provides an all-inclusive CRM, meeting every need of my real estate acquisition business. It allows me to send direct mailers instantly while driving for dollars, saving time and improving efficiency.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

The most helpful about REsimpli is it's AI agents since it helps us in our sales and marketing without hiring a lot of cold callers to do it. I also love all the features of it since it can search buyers on each properties, has an option to mail postcard, it can track the KPI and overall performance, and the customer service is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I could not think of the least helpful about REsimpli since I believe all of it's features are helpful.

Our biggest struggle is our marketing and REsimpli has been a big help on it since it has AI features to our our sales and marketing on our behalf while we can also focus on other aspects of the business.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

REsimpli is an all-in-one platform for real estate investing. It brings together a website, CRM, list pulling and skip tracing, marketing tools, lead automation, transaction management, and a mobile app in one place for one low price. It also includes a basic click-to-dial feature, with the option to upgrade to a full dialer. With the help of customer support, I was able to get up and running during the 30-day free trial. I now have a system and tools for running my business. Integrations are possible with Zapier, and AI upgrades are available.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

It’s nice to have everything integrated, but I’m still wondering how to customize it with Zapier and AI agents. Beyond cold-calling, texting, and RVM, I also need clearer guidance on how to generate inbound leads. My plan is to use social media integrations on my website, but I’m not sure how to set that up within the platform.

REsimpli made it easy for me to get started with the 30-day free trial, and I’ve appreciated the ongoing support.

As a new real estate investor, what I find most helpful about using REsimpli is being able to manage my leads in an organized way. It helps keep me accountable for staying on top of my day-to-day tasks.

As a new user, the onboarding process was a little tedious to get set up. However, there’s a huge community using this platform, which makes it easy to find videos and follow along—especially if you’re more of a visual learner.

REsimpli has been helping me cut down on clutter and stay organized. It’s an all-in-one system that saves me time and money, since I’ve been able to cancel other services I no longer need.

My favorite part of REsimpli is probably the mobile app. I like how user-friendly it is, even though some features are different between the app and the desktop version. It just makes it very easy to navigate and almost mimics the desktop version, so it feels like I'm on the desktop. This makes it easy to speak to new leads and get to things quickly.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I wish that I was notified when new leads respond to text messages via the mobile app. Currently, I'm not getting any notifications. I have to log on to the mobile app or the desktop to see if a message was received. But, yeah, I would love to be notified so I can respond quicker.

I use REsimpli to access individuals actively looking to sell their homes, saving me time from seeking potential sellers who may not be interested.

I'm not good at computers, but their help center is amazing and fast, so I can keep working in my business and spend less time trying to figure things out. I love REsimpli's ease and simplicity. It's great for easily finding my leads and sellers, and I appreciate its nice, clean, clear platform that stays very organized. My favorite feature is the help desk, where everyone is very nice and solves any questions or problems I have quickly. If I have a hard time understanding something through their live chat features, I can hop on a Zoom call immediately to solve it together, which I find incredibly helpful. I also like how easy the initial setup was; it took maybe five minutes.

It's really hard to figure out the steps and which templates to use for SMS email campaigns right now. It could really be improved if there were better templates already built, making it much easier to plug and play.

I like that REsimpli is simple to use, and the customer service is fantastic. Anytime I had a question or concern, REsimpli was right there to help. Their customer service is very responsive. The initial setup was pretty simple, and the onboarding call helped the team a lot.

There is a feature when I'm on a phone call where I wish I could take notes while being able to hang up at the same time. It either gives me the option to write a note but I have to exit out of that if I want to hang up. Sometimes I want to hang up and still take the same note.

We have worked with three or four other CRM companies, and ReSimpli stands out as the best when it comes to communication and responsiveness to our questions. The option to join a live Zoom session during business hours for immediate support really demonstrates their commitment to providing top-notch service. Additionally, their platform offers all the features necessary to efficiently manage a wholesale and fix-and-flip business. In our first four to five months with ReSimpli and their outstanding team, there hasn't been a single thing we haven't liked. I highly recommend them if you are in the Real Estate Investing space.

We haven't found anything that we dislike with this platform as of yet.

It's an all-encompassing customer management tool that combines the latest technology with a variety of AI options. The built-in call system (dialer) and personalized numbers, along with some of the best KPI tracking I've encountered, make it stand out. I like that REsimpli helps keep track of everything in one place, including contacts, leads, and KPIs. The customer support is awesome; they helped me through getting my numbers registered and my website working. The initial setup was very easy, and although it took a while to get everything A2P registered, their team helped all the way.

I wish you could click on things in the dashboard to see what that particular area is showing the metric for. Like leads in closed and pipeline, I wish you could click the display and see which properties those were.

I'm starting to use REsimpli for skip tracing and following up with leads. It seems like it puts everything we need in a single place and integrates different departments, so communication is faster, easier, and more clear. Instead of using several different software to get the information on properties, we only need REsimpli. Although I haven't fully experienced it yet, it looks like it makes it a lot easier to organize tasks between teams and speeds up the process on skip tracing. The onboard call was really helpful and covered all of it.

I moved to a different state and had to start my real estate investment company all over again. While I used other CRM's in the past I wanted a more robust system and be up and running from the start. They have been great with their live zoom calls and customer support.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

They have an update coming the first quarter of 2026 that I am looking forward to as theirs some missing features I'd like to have. 

There is no support team on the weekends if there is an issue that needs to be handled.

The CRM is simple to use and get you started today. They have solved all the time I would have had to dedicate to building one out. They keep track of all your campaigns, kpis, calls, etc.

I like that REsimpli has a dialer, a CRM, and drip campaigns; I can just use it for everything in one place. Using the dialer is really convenient because I can convert a good conversation into a lead easily without extra typing. I just push a button, and it moves the information over. The same goes for drip campaigns, where starting a campaign is simple and easy with just a button press. Everything's really organized, and the customer service is great. The initial setup was easy with help from their customer service, making everything easy and simple.

So far, I like everything about REsimpli. Everything's good. Customer service is great. No problems. I've had I can't easily reach out and get in communication with someone.

I find REsimpli extremely easy to use and highly functional. The support team is out of this world, making my experience nothing but positive. I use REsimpli for communication and lead management in my wholesaling real estate business. I really like REsimpli's simplicity. It's very customizable, allowing me to adjust columns, status, assignee, tasks, and drips for each lead. It helps me organize and communicate with my leads and team effectively. Also, I appreciate that my website is integrated into REsimpli, which is quite beneficial.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I wish the texting button and the note submit button were different. When a text comes in, I see it in the notes/communication section and I find myself writing my reply as a note rather than an SMS. It’s just a dumb thing on my part but I wish it was not like that. When I’m adding notes to the lead/buyer/etc., I wish I could hit enter or another button on the keypad rather than having to use the mouse to click the button. The initial setup of REsimpli was difficult.

I like that REsimpli offers seamless integration and excellent customer service. It's great that I don't need to have extra subscriptions or add-ons for a phone service and drip campaigns. The customer service has been phenomenal, helping me with importing leads, assistance with our website, and helping with the set-up/approval for texting capabilities. Additionally, the onboarding process has been helpful, making it easier for me to recommend colleagues to check it out.

Nothing to report at this time - we're new to the platform but the ease of set-up and customer service has already far exceeded expectations.

The best thing about RESimpli is the customer service. Learning any new CRM is hard and especially if you are brand new to any CRM (like me) the learning curve can be steep and overwhelming. Stick to it and you can ask customer support quetsions anytime, even on live zooms on demand right then and there, to help get you going.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

There are some features that would be useful to my specific workflow (preforeclosure cold calling) but once I was able to see how RESimpli was designed, I was able to come up with some workarounds that were acceptable to keep track of my KPIs

**What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead management and deal management, and reducing (hopefully eliminating completely one day) all my spreadsheets.

Their customer service team is great and understanding. The software is user friendly and is built by knowledgeable people. You guys know what the people want and take feedback. 
Also not afraid to let us know when something isn't developed in the software yet. Makes things much smoother.
The CS team is super useful. I have a couple team members I could name that are just daggers!

Just needs simple improvements like easier blast communication. Without scheduling a drip campaign. If we could select leads by status or filter and blast SMS or Email, one click, select records and send.

**What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any questions we have regarding features like AI, they don't mind taking the time to walk us through the usage. They show us the best ways to use it and how to use it.
Any time we have a question they always show us the correct steps and how to solve each problem. It's great.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

I like REsimpli because it helps in organizing and managing my leads effectively. Being able to contact the leads and move them through the process is very helpful. The organization features, including list stacking, are a huge plus for me. These features allow me to stay organized and keep track of where my leads are in the process, ensuring I follow up on all the different details. The support, including Zoom calls, has been very helpful during the setup, which made it easier despite being new to the business.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

It's definitely a complicated process to get oriented, but I think that's just part of the business, and I'm new to it. So I think it's not anything they could change, and plus, they give you that Zoom call, so that helps a lot.

REsimpli helps me find leads, organize them, and track their progress. It allows me to be on top of my leads, ensuring I know where each lead is in the process and follow up accordingly.

**What do you like best about REsimpli?**

I probably like the phone system the most in REsimpli. I love that they are always developing new and improved things and they're really working hard to make AI work. That's great.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I particularly do land investing, and some of the stuff that comes out is often tailored for houses and not land. That puts me in a bind, for instance, if an AI agent asks questions about the condition of the property, which is just a stupid question for vacant land. Or it might ask about how many square feet or bedrooms, which are not applicable to vacant land. Because of this, I can't always use features when they come out. I know land is not their main focus, so that's kind of a problem, but I believe they are working on that.

**What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REsimpli solves the problem of maintaining communication continuity by allowing the same phone number from our marketing pieces to be used across different team members, which other CRMs struggled with. This avoids the hassle of changing phone numbers as leads progress, reducing communication burden on acquisition managers.

Responses to my question were very quick and thorough. I didn't like that I wasn't able to use all the features within the trial, such as when I make cold calls, I can't see my cold call script while in the trial.

I like the drip campaigns in REsimpli because I deal with inbound leads and sometimes they don't respond immediately. Being able to put them on a drip campaign lets me keep following up with them automatically, which is really helpful. That's my favorite part. Additionally, the onboarding checklist at the top of the dashboard makes the initial setup fairly easy. Plus, there are short tutorial videos for pretty much everything you need to do, which is great. 

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

he registration verification is really slow. I also think the voice AI agent needs to be more dynamic and sound more human, just upgraded in general.


**What problems is REsimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REsimpli helps me manage the volume of leads, organize and categorize them, and follow up efficiently through the sales funnel. I also appreciate the drip campaigns that automate follow-ups until contact is made with inbound leads.

the chat support is above and beyond better than any other system i have used and i've switched crms and phone systems 3 times in the last 6 months.

not super customizable but i think they're changing a lot of stuff in the new march update so i'm excited for that.

it is tailored to our business so it's already set up as opposed to having to build out everything ourselves. i also have been using a secondary crm just for our buyer list, and now i'm going to be able to just use ONE crm for seller leads and buyer leads - IMAGINE!!!!!!!!!

The crm is very robust, lots of features, automations that just make life easier.  The addition of ai is great, and over time the refinement will offer ALOT of value.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

Not much, there are kpis that don't make sense, or just some things in general that dont accurately reflect a specific outcome. For example buyer messaging is tied to seller messaging and it gives inaccurate kpis for calls, sms, etc.  Nothing is perfect so with that being said its as perfect as a crm can be.

ReSimpli provides you with the tools to be consistent which is critical in this business.

I use REsimpli as a CRM for our wholesale business, and I enjoy several aspects of it. I find the whisper mode and barge mode particularly great as they allow me to listen in real-time with my reps and assist in closing deals. The initial setup was easy peasy, making it convenient for us to get started quickly. Additionally, REsimpli solves various problems like KPI tracking, lead management, and drip campaigns, which are essential for our operations.

**What do you dislike about REsimpli?**

I don't like that creating truly custom lead stages in REsimpli is limited. It would be much better if I could get more custom with our business and our pipelines for different areas.

I like being able to skip trace within the software and pull the list. I also appreciate the fact that everything is all-inclusive. Additionally, I like that you can move a customer throughout the different stages of the process.

For me, I think the search features or the filter features could be better. Those are a little confusing. The initial setup was a bit of a challenge, even with the video guides; it was hard to understand exactly how to do some things, so I had to really dig in on the videos, slow them down, and do it step by step.

I would like to have access to my dead leads and to communicate with them. Even if I've closed a deal, sometimes I need to reach out to the sellers. But on the app on the phone, you cannot communicate with dead leads.

It's not as customizable as I'd like, but the benefits of it not being customizable outweigh the downside of it being customizable.
