The user interface feels a bit dated and it took me a while to figure out where everything was. Overall functionality is nice. Easy to locate a customer and the integration tools are great. I also liked the ease of use ability for the documentation for easy intergrations. **What do you dislike about Residential HVAC Load-J Calcs (Mitsubishi-Branded)?** Mostly, this is a great tool and there's not much that I did not really like. But a few things like its interfaces of update is slow. I do not like the time to takes to reboot. The time taken to get the output could also be improved. **Recommendations to others considering Residential HVAC Load-J Calcs (Mitsubishi-Branded):** I would encourage you to try this product out. However, you should consider the cost benefits.
