ReservasBot is a property management system for small hotels, cabins and vacation rentals in Latin America, with an AI agent built into the property's own WhatsApp number. The agent understands guests' messages as they write them, checks real availability, quotes night by night with seasonal and weekend rates, sends a Mercado Pago payment link or bank transfer details for the deposit, reads the payment receipt and confirms the booking. When it doesn't know something, it says so and leaves the question for the property instead of making things up. Staff can take over any conversation from the dashboard or from the WhatsApp Business app. The dashboard includes an occupancy calendar, bookings, payments, seasonal pricing and iCal sync with Booking.com and Airbnb. Runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Flat monthly fee per property, no commission per booking.
