Some tutorials were a little vague, but we could find the answers in their knowledgebase, so figuring things out was a bit easier thanks to their great tools that are available. Reseller Ratings is an incredible tool for boosting customer trust, strengthening our brand, and understand customer needs and sentiment. Reseller's platform also makes it easy to integrate reviews onto our website, collect reviews from customers and manage reviews as well. Our dedicated Reseller rep has also always been incredibly responsive and helpful with any needs we have or implementing new features. What do you dislike about ResellerRatings? Finding specific reviews again can be difficult as there aren't many search options besides filtering by tags/star ratings. Before using Reseller, we didn't have an easy way to collect reviews all in one place and provide customer feedback for both our team and future customers. With Reseller's platform, we can easily feature positive reviews on our website for future customers, improving brand trust and reputation. For many of our customers, purchasing with us is a big financial decision and we want them to feel secure in their booking.
